I am very happy with every aspect of my MattressFIRM experience. Sales Associate Taylor Draper was extremely helpful and courteous during every phase. My credit has some «tarnished» spots, Taylor was professional and thorough in gettng me through financing. She guided me to the price point I wanted to be at an explained the products thoroughly. She did not try to up sell me and was prompt during processing. I wish all my retail experiences went this well.

I’m a pretty loyal person when it comes to high-​ticket items, and long ago, I made up my mind that I only buy Sealy Posturepedics. Having been in the home furnishings business via my family’s business, I was also told so many times that it’s gotta be a Sealy. Well, my last Sealy finally wore out after many years of great sleeping, and I was more than ready for a new set.
I went to several places around town in Cary and in Raleigh. I was surprised at how few places could deliver a bed in a reasonable amount of time – yet they also wanted to be paid up front. Waiting two weeks when you’ve paid 100% up front doesn’t strike me as reasonable.
I went into Mattress Firm on my way into the grocery store in the same shopping center and I was greeted so warmly by Sean, the sales rep. What an incredibly nice person. He is so friendly, and so helpful; he really made this a very pleasant experience. I even changed my mind and decided I wanted to go for an even better bed, and he was great about keeping the same delivery date. I got my paperwork mixed up and had to go back in a couple of times, and every time, Sean was just as pleasant as could be. It was like visiting a really nice, helpful neighbor.
Mattress Firm also stands by their merchandise, which of course is very important. This is not like buying a blouse. If you purchase a new set (as opposed to the floor model), they have a period of two months (I think) and if you’re not happy within that period of time, you can return the merchandise. That’s important. It’s also important that Sealy offers a ten-​year warranty. With the manufacturer and the retailer offering assurance like that, you feel a lot safer buying from them. I recently had a really bad experience with a pricey sofa, and no one is standing behind it from the store in Raleigh, so my experience with Mattress Firm makes me feel a lot better – there are good retailers around! So I got burned on the sofa. I’m not happy about it, but my faith has been restored by Mattress Firm and Sean.
Stop by and see their extensive selection. Compare their prices too – they were the most reasonable, although if you want quality, you will have to part with more than $ 399! Most of all, you can shop here knowing that you are in good hands, that they care about you being pleased with your purchase. I need one more mattress and box spring pretty soon, and i know exactly where I’m going to buy it. This was a great experience. I love my new bed, and I trust the retailer. The sales rep, Sean, being such a pleasant person made a great experience even better. And the delivery guys were great too. Perfect! Thank you so much!
