We were very unhappy with our experience at My Gym. I enrolled my daughter in a class and we were members for one month. During that month, we drove out to My Gym to an empty facility twice. We were not alerted of a cancelled class. One of the classes, the instructor was so late, they had to call someone else in and she only brought out puzzles (something we can do at home).
When I tried to contact the owner, who I heard lives out of state, I did not get any of my phone calls, emails or social media messages returned to me. I have attempted to contact them 6 times over 2 weeks and have yet to hear back.

Went here today for our free day and have very mixed reviews. First finding the place is terrible, no signage at all, extremely frustrating.
Ms. Emily was awesome to work with, she has lots of energy and extremely engaging with the kids.
I guess I was disappointed that they didn’t do more planned activities during the hour. The few she had were nice, but unless the parents were engaged you were paying for your kid to play with the few toys they had put.
Place was extremely clean and inviting.
