NOSTARS!!! The owner Nicole is a b&^*%&%. During my last appointment, I got there about 30 minutes early. I went to the back and the door was closed and locked… no voices were coming from the room. I then went to the front and waited because the lady at the front desk of O2 fitness said she wasn’t there and in fact she didn’t seem to be there. At 9:05, I called the owner Nicole and I texted her. I spoke to the lady at the front desk of O2 fitness and she called Nicole from her personal phone(she works there at nights) and then called from O2 fitness. NOANSWER. She texted me back an hour later, stating that she would not let me get another appointment. She said she was there and that I needed to walk back there. But she’s a professional and needs to answer her phone and communicate with customers. She is a HORRIBLE business woman and I wouldn’t suggest anyone spending a dime with her. She is pure trash and doesn’t reflect a business woman at all. Also, the ultrasound is a complete SCAM. Don’t waste your time and definitely don’t buy a Groupon. Go to Jason Miller at Renewal Body Contouring Durham… you will see results there…

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. The laser deal is a total scam, it doesn’t work! I didn’t even lose a fraction of an inch and did 6 treatments because I was determined to have it work. Don’t waste your money!

I just wanted to write this review because I purchased a package for their laser fat loss services but could not find any info or reviews online before I bought them. I wish I had so I could have saved the money! First let me tell you about myself. I have 10 – 12 pounds of vanity weight I’d like to take off overall but my trouble area is around the tummy from birthing my kids. I’m not obese and wasn’t expecting anything drastic but wanted results. Seemed like i would be a good candidate for laser fat loss. I purchased 6 sessions thinking that would do the trick. Uh no. First you have to go into the O2 gym to get to the place. This isn’t Zerona and the process is different from what i’ve read. You go into a tiny little room where the laser paddles are strapped to you. Then you get on a vibrating machine behind a curtain to shake you up(still not clear on why). You feel silly as you stand there and think about how anyone can walk behind this curtain and see you there getting shaken. The technician was very nice and makes you feel comfortable. What they don’t tell you beforehand is that you have to diet to see results. Ok I expected that. So I did by cutting down on sugar and carbs, drank a ton of water and exercised like I was told. They wanted me to buy their cleanse product which they sell there, I didn’t. Now my results… Not much if anything! They never took measurements(said she doesn’t do that at this location). I lost a few pounds and did notice a flatter tummy. But was it from the diet and exercise or the laser treatments? Me thinks it was the diet and exercise! As soon as I started eating somewhat«normal» again(not eating horrible, just normal) the weight and tummy came back. Ugh! All that money down the drain! So I dieted and exercised again a few weeks later and the wight came off again. So I’ve realized that the laser is kind of hokey. It may motivate you to do the diet and exercise because you spent the money but I say save the money! Just cut out sugar and carbs on your own, exercise and drink water… you’ll see the same results anyway. Then use the money you saved to buy new clothes!
