I just happened to be driving by an empty office building in Cary when I saw someone putting together what appeared to be a crossfit gym (kettle bells lined the wall). It turns out that the person was Sam, the owner of what would become New Order Crossfit in Cary, NC.
New Order is a great crossfit gym and Sam is an incredible coach. Crossfit to many people is intimidating because of the high intensity and challenging movements but Sam takes his time teaching each and every person how to do them correctly before the workout even begins. The community is also one that is hard to match at a normal gym. Everyone supports everyone else and that provides you motivation to do your best and give it your all each and every day.
Whether you are new to Crossfit or an experienced athlete give New Order a try and if the gym itself doesn’t make you want to join then Sam’s passion for the sport definitely will.

New Order CrossFit is about a year old crossfit gym located in Wellington Shopping Center in Cary.
My boyfriend and I joined the gym when it was brand new. We were working out there when the owner, Sam, was still building the place and stocking the place with weights.
We were both new to crossfit. Sam is what really got us hooked. Sam was very welcoming and excited to share his passion for crossfit with us. He’s an awesome dude!
