Great service. Our Dryer broke down 3 days before Christmas, we called our warranty company to get it fixed and they said all of their repair companies were booked out 2 weeks. We took a chance at a google search and found One Source Appliance Repair. They were quick to come out, the tech knew the issue and fixed it with parts in hand. With 4 little kids in the house and company coming over the Christmas holidays these guys saved the day. Thanks!

I contacted them with the exact problem with my washer and asked for a repair quote. The lady on the phone would not give me one. She offered to send someone out but it would cost $ 65 for the service call… So basically $ 65 to get a quote. Her response was I can not give everyone a price that calls in, well ok I can’t tell them to how to do business but I am here to give you my feedback and I thought this service was poor and they lost any chance of gaining my business. Luckily there are plenty of other appliance repair companies that were happy to give me a quote, in fact every other one of the 3 provided me a phone quote. This reviews is only on their customer service, not on their repair service quality.

Excellent service. Aaron came out to investigate our gas range issue where the oven would no longer light. The cost to repair it was about a 1⁄3 of the cost of a new range due to the cost of the part. Aaron gave us all our options and steered us in the right direction… getting a new range. Aaron gave us a number of helpful tips in choosing the right range for us. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. From our experience I recommend One Source Appliance Repair for any appliance repair.
