Phillips Chatham Pointe

I’ve been here for two months and so far everything has been great. Beautiful apartments, great location and great pricing. No complaints and definitely recommend.

Great apartment complex! Management is always available to answer questions and they made our move very easy! Clean and well maintained property. Maintenance is very responsive as well! Would recommended to everyone!

Not a fan of these apartments at all. Buildings are constructed beautifully, apartments with granite, great lighting etc. but management is not good. Office is friendly but not even close to efficient. Fire alarms constantly going off without even apology emails — one morning we were all woken up at 8:30 with emergency fire alarms which lasted over 15 minutes! It’s happening again today — fire alarms going off with no email explanation — I have had it. Animals going crazy, children crying outside in their pajamas, the works. And management didn’t even bother to email us an apology! So unacceptable. Also apartments aren’t maintained well. Trash cans constantly overflowing in public areas, computers never work properly, recycling bin has never not overflowed, and there’s bird poop in all the walkways in the apartments because they are never cleaned and birds live in the wood overpass. Parking is terrible, we constantly have to park far away from the apartment, and construction has been going on next to the apartments outside of time frame promised during move in (9 – 5) (construction is more like 6:30-onward).

Definitely was impressed with the model. The actual living unit was unfortunate — millipedes, bugs, loud noisy neighbors. Some mass emails to residents regarding reminders of pool and community room acceptable behavior and hours. A mix of residents that are moving here until housing is available vs long term renters (which means you get responsible vs irresponsible residents as neighbors). There are many large pets that live here. It does seem safe for the most part. Management seems to try to improve the reported situations but are bound by rules of the complex. It does seem some evictions have taken place. I would find another more consistent tenant base where residents all respect each others needs for rental living.

Eh, horrible living conditions. Avoid.

I absolutely love my apartment. I moved in back in January and the location in Cary is great! Amy and Desiree in the office are really nice and very professional. The community is small which I like and it is very quiet. I see myself staying for a long time!

The management has changed. If you’re willing to trade in basic respect/​courtesy for stainless steel appliances, go for it!
