This Pizza Hut is the living breathing worst. Is the pizza good? Who knows. I’m pretty sure it was standard fair but the terrible customer service over shadowed it so much that I don’t even remember. My husband and I have gone to this Pizza Hut a number of times in the year since we moved here because it really is the only Pizza Hut on this side of town. Each time, the service is shoddy. The people who work there treat you like not only are they doing you a favor but you are doing them a disservice by walking in. I’ve worked in customer service for a number of years so I make sure that I am courteous to service workers, that I’m not demanding, that I don’t come in twenty minutes before closing so there is truly no reason for the people who work there to treat me as though I’ve burdened them in some way. They are never at the counter when I go in to order. Lots of sighs and shuffles of feet when they do come from the back. When calling to order over the phone sometimes the phone rings upwards of twenty times before someone responds. I’ve called before and they’ve told me my address was not in the system in spite of living in the same location and ordering a pizza here maybe once a month. I’ve called for delivery and they’ve told me reedy creek is my local Pizza Hut when I only live three minutes from here and have had delivery to my home before. Yesterday I called and was placed on hold and just for kicks I held the phone knowing it would not be picked up. Five minutes later I was still on hold. Needless to say, I had dinner at home yesterday. At this point, I’ve just been going to this Pizza Hut to experiment with all the ways I can get bad service(joking!). It really is the closest Pizza Hut to our house but we will honestly just have something, ANYTHING else from now on.

Yuck! The pizza was terrible. The sausage was spoiled. I regret buying pizza from here. We threw out a whole pie and breadsticks because they were not edible! Pizza was bland and the breadsticks were so soaked in fake butter that it went through the box. No!

Clean dine-in/pick-up restaurant, and the only Pizza Hut on this side of town. In fact, they’re the only by-the-slice Pizza Hut in town. Lots of options for crust, crust flavors, sauces, and of course the toppings. The dining room is adequate, but not really setup for parties greater than 4⁄5 people. High chairs are available for kids, as are coloring sheets/placemats for toddlers. Plenty of TVs(3) for the dinning room size, so you can keep yourself entertained while waiting for your order.

2 things wrong with this place. First, the pizza isn’t very good. Not so bad that you wouldn’t or couldn’t eat it, but with so many other better places in the area why would you? Second, if you want a pizza delivered, this is the absolute worst place that you could choose. I tried a delivery from them several months ago, and it arrived so late I had almost forgotten that I had ordered it. I’m talking 1.5 hours after ordering and getting a note saying it would be delivered in around 30 – 40 minutes. So more than twice the estimate! And the pizza was of course barely warm. I guess my memory sucks or maybe I was giving them another chance the other day when I tried to order again. This time I ordered at approx. 8:30pm, the estimate was 9:20 pm and the pizza actually arrived at 9:59. So about 40 minutes late and almost 1.5 hours again. The pizza was a warm but not enough to eat and enjoy. If you don’t have the drivers to support deliver, why offer it? Or the app needs to provide an ACCURATE estimate BEFORE it takes your money so you have a chance to cancel before it’s too late. Oh by the way, the butter/garlic flavoring sucks too. My memory isn’t so bad that I’ll forget this again. I won’t be back and I’ll actively recommend AGAINST this place to anyone who asks or even mentions pizza in my presence. Just close and maybe something good will move into the spot you occupy.

Do not eat here! Girl at counter very rude and blamed everything on her manager saying he doesn’t know what he’s doing. She didn’t know her menu, we ordered garlic bread with cheese and she had no clue what it was. She then call her manager and started arguing with him over what garlic bread with cheese was. After 30 minutes I went and asked for the bread and it was burnt and barely had cheese. 50 minutes later our pizza came out and the same girl continued to bad mouth the manager. The pizza was under cooked. Bottom line, poor customer service, poor quality food, long wait for food = don’t eat here.

This is my favorite«I’m too tired to cook, but I want something quick and good, to go, without breaking my budget» place. The $ 7.99 two topping large(online orders only) is my favorite. If no is starving it can easily feed two to three people and it is soooo good(I get the ham and pineapple with drizzle). I see some folks on here have complained about wait times or accuracy. Take into consideration they are not throwing a burger onto a bun and nuking it. They are BAKING a PIZZA to YOUR specifications. There’s multiple dough choices; pan, thin, hand tossed,(perhaps others), You get to pick your own toppings(obviously) and you get to pick the crust and a drizzle and even the sauce(crushed tomato for me). I know of no other pizza place that offers this many individualized options. I recommend ordering online, thus your order can never be placed incorrectly. The staff at this location have always been energetic and friendly without seeming fake, the place(including bathroom) is clean… and there’s a myriad of shopping options including Harris Teeter and Walmart in the same parking lot. Although I haven’t tried their salads or ‘pizza by the slice’ yet, they look good in the case. Another ‘wow’ factor for me… free drink refills you fill yourself.(I dislike places where I have to go up to the counter for a refill, «Please, sir, can I have some more?».) Try it. You can’t go wrong, especially if you click the«deals» option when ordering online. I’ve ordered here about a dozen times over the summer and my order was perfect and delicious every time. Sometimes as I’m driving home tired after a long day I think«I don’t want to get out of the car, let me go a drive thru burger place», but I usually go with Pizza Hut instead because a. I can order online/smarphone and not even have to talk to anyone(not sure what’s worse, talking into the speaker at the DT or understanding what the person is saying back.) b. the value. c. Flavor. Rarely do I consider a fast food meal to be delicious, but the PH pizzas truly are(just take the time to fill out all the choices the way you like them). Oh, I love their wings… except, a for a chicken being slaughtered for every two I eat, but I don’t think they do that part on site. ;)

Ordered 3 personal pan pizzas. They tried 3 times unsuccessfully to make a bacon & banana pepper pizza — a supreme came back every time. The manager was initially nowhere to be found. They eventually got it right… over an hour later. Extremely disappointed!

Called three times and was put on hold for 10 minutes each time. Horrible service. Just tell me you’re too busy and can’t handle the high customer volume. Trash. Never eating here again. Luckily there’s plenty of better restaurants to choose from.

With an interesting new menu, Pizza Hut seems to be trying for upscale choices. Not being a chain-pizza person, I wasn’t sure I wanted to try, but at the insistence of a friend, I gave it a shot. My instructions were simple: get any kind of pizza that didn’t have tomato sauce. With that, I felt my choices dwindling, but was glad to see this new menu would work for what we needed. There’s about 5 or 6 different sauce choices, including a honey sriracha, and the usual toppings. There’s an option for an additional flavor drizzled on top and even more flavors to add to the crust. Instead of frustration over not enough choices, I was frustrated with having too many. Some days, I want to be fickle just because I can. I just wanted a pizza, no-tomato sauce, okay? The menu offered some ready-made non-tomato choices, fortunately. One, the pretzel piggy, looked good; although I really wish they’d change the name. Seriously? There’s something not-right about ordering a pizza with the word«pig» in the name With garlic parmesan sauce, bacon, mushrooms and fresh spinach and a balsamic sprinkled over it, all on a pretzel crust, it wasn’t bad. The toppings looked fresh and the edge of the crust tasted like a pretzel, but the rest of the crust was bland. On the other hand, it wasn’t soggy, and I liked that. We both liked it. This location is new, and the staff still seems to be in the training phase with new employee/new store enthusiasm. My only annoyance and it happens in more places than just here: When I’m in the process of giving my order, I’d appreciate it if the employee would devote attention to taking my order instead of getting /giving directions or chatting on unrelated matters to other employees. While my preference is non-chain pizza places, for now, I won’t cross this Pizza Hut off the rotation list just because it is.
