I have been going here for the last 6 years and now my daughter comes here as well. Dr. Rousselo and staff are fantastic, friendly and very knowledgable. And they are all so good with my young kids! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My family has been coming here since 2007 and we are very pleased. The office staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Sherry is great you and will make you feel like family. We like Dr. Ken too. We refuse to use ‘Big Box” stores and will continue to give our business to local small business like Preston Optometry. Selection of glasses is very good too.

I’ve had my yearly eye exams here for a long time — Dr. Rousselo is professional but has a great personality, is very knowledgeable, and answers questions thoroughly. It’s a friendly atmosphere; I’ve never had the desire to have my eye exams completed elsewhere, even though there are several options closer to my home (note: they will be moving to a new location on Cary Parkway near the Fresh Market, next year). If you’re new to the area or just looking for a change, Preston Optometry is definitely worth visiting.

Dr. Ken provides excellent service. He also has a great sense of humor. His staff is excellent and very helpful. On several occasions, they have jumped through hoops to accommodate last minute appointment requests for both of us. We would highly recommend them.

Ken is great. Very knowledgable and just makes you feel like he is taking care of you. He is the best!!! I even referred a friend when they had an issue and he gave them a once over and didn’t even charge. now thats customer service

I have been going to see this eye doctor since I moved to N.C., and, like the previous reviews have been saying, he definitely cares about his patients. He is always professional and ensures that your eyesight is the best that it can be. He was the one who helped me get my glasses, and then when I transitioned to contacts, he helped me choose the brand and taught me how to put them in and take them out. The staff at the office are very nice as well and they keep track of everything. When I went, my sister didn’t even realize that we had credit from a previous appointment, but we were able to use that credit towards our current appointment. I would definitely recommend going to see Dr. Rousselo if you ever need help with your eyesight.

Have to agree that he’s one of the kindest and most caring doctors I have (and I have a few!). Even answered questions for me over the phone when I was having vision issues related to allergies — no appointment required, totally willing to provide guidance. Very helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns, been seeing him for several years and will continue to do so.

I’ve been nearsighted nearly all my life, and have eyes that fatigue easily, making eye exams frustrating for both me and the doctor. For this, Dr. Rousselo has been great. He and his staff are friendly & professional during regular appointments as well as drop-​bys when I’ve got my minor emergencies (glasses need adjustment or screws go missing). This last time, I found out they carry a line of plastic/​acetate glasses that fit my asian nose (TC Charlton). For Asians, finding glasses frames that fit have always been a challenge, so this was a really pleasant surprise.

Dr. Rousselo is great. He was able to diagnose a rare eye condition that I have and refer me to a specialist to get it treated with minor surgery. I had been to several other optometrists and even ophthalmologists that just brushed off my concerns with my vision without actually listening to my description of what was going on. I was worried there was no solution to my problems. Now I have been able to see crystal clear for years since thanks to Dr. Rousselo attention to details.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

My family has been seeing Dr. Rousselo for almost 15 years now. We cannot be happier. Contrary to the bogus bad review, Dr. Rousselo has always been professional, courteous and genuinely interested in our well being. One year, he even dropped our contacts off by our house on his way home! The office staff have always been courteous and very helpful with our glasses. They work with our insurance company and do not push their glasses on us. They are happy to give us our prescription to buy glasses elsewhere. Couldn’t be happier with Preston Optometry.

I recently noticed my vision getting a bit worse. I have never had an eye exam, but Preston Optometry was recommended.
The service was great. I arrived on time and saw the optomitrist right away. He was easy to talk to, explaining everything as we went along. While I was waiting for my eyes to dilate, the staff helped me select glasses. No over sell, just helpful advice.
I highly recommend this office if you need glasses.

We were referred to Preston Optometry by a friend of ours, who had great things to say. We weren’t disappointed! Dr. Rousselo and staff are friendly, helpful, and take the time to ensure patients’ needs are met. This small practice has much to offer that cannot be provided by larger optometry chains. Personalized attention with quality services and products. The staff did not try to sell unneeded products and showed concern about patients getting the best value for their money. The office is comfortable with an attractive ambiance!
