Scott Korbin

Scott Korbin and his team have consistently proven themselves as the Triangle’s leading real estate team. Scott has been ranked as one of the top Coldwell Banker agents in the Region and for good reason.
I have a two tier relationship with Scott.
1) He represented me in the purchase of my new construction primary residence in June 2012. When we had an issue with the builder, Scott immediately got the issue resolved to our satisfaction by addressing the concerns and negotiating them to our advantage with the builder. Had Scott not been there to intervene there is no doubt our home buying experience would have resulted in an unhappy experience.
2) I am a mortgage lender and have had the pleasure of working with Scott on multiple transactions with his buyers. His professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail are an example that other Realtors should follow.
In my dealings with Scott I have learned that he is quite the achiever! Graduate of the US Air Force Academy, has an MBA in real estate and for 25 years he was in the mortgage lending industry with some of that time working for a builder. Considering all of this I can honestly say he has more experience in the real estate industry than any other Realtor I have ever met.
What all of this means is that when agent representation can be of most use to you, Scott consistently meets the challenge. I do not recommend easily but Scott has time and time again earned my respect and trust. I recommend him highly.
