While the store gave me an excellent trade-in deal on my phone, they promised me a less expensive phone plan but did not mention that there would be a $ 25 per month additional fee to that plan, which actually raised my plan higher than what it was previous. To make matters worse, if I had purchased a newer model of phone with the cheaper plan, I would actually be paying less. I feel like I was purposively mislead into buying an older model with the intention of no payments and a lower contract when exactly the opposite took place so that they could move older inventory. I also watched the employees make fun of customers who called in with questions or problems while they were on hold or after the call ended. While the store knows how to make a sale, I truly wonder if when I walked out that they high fived each other and said, «sucker!»

This store gave me the experience with 3 different people including one that claimed to be a manager(Hi Chris) that made me leave sprint after 20 years. Save yourself the time and just go to Best Buy near here to switch off.

Bought the fiancé a smartphone for Christmas. Got the same deal as everywhere else, so the price was right. Yay for that. What put this into the 4 star range was the service and the insurance. I’ll tackle these in reverse order. 1. Insurance. The insurance I was able to get at this place covers everything — there is a $ 150 deductible for replacements(which I’m not a huge fan of), but they actually cover loss and theft. Unlike a lot of other places, loss and theft are covered. So yay for that. 2. Service. I had an awesome gentleman helping us(I think his name was Jalique). Really helpful, knew what he was talking about, and super friendly and patient. I’d highly recommend this guy. I came here initially to avoid Best Buy, but am REALLY glad I did, and would highly recommend this place.
