II went in there for a trim and a keratin treatment. The lady there used extremely hot water which literally burnt my scalp. It was clear that she was not listening to anything that I was saying and kept saying her own thing. I also asked for a blow dry and it was very poorly done. I’m very disappointed with the whole experience and will never go back there.

Came here for a trim this morning. I think I got one of the best haircuts of my life. My stylist was Crystal and I had a fantastic experience with my haircut. She really pays attention to every detail. My haircut was free because there’s the deal of a free haircut after every 7 haircuts. But Crystal also told me that they give free neck trims which I will definitely take up on when I come back in the future. Overall, very satisfied with my experience. Worth every penny.

First time at Supercuts. No one was there so I was in and out quick. I’m not too picky. Cut it short all around and leave something on top. All good. Not so for my wife. She said her bangs were shorter than requested. Boo! I got the hot towel treatment but she did not. Double whammy for the wife.
I’ll go back. Wife is debating.
Establishment was neat, tidy, clean. Lots of TVs.
