I’ve been dropping things off at this store for more than a year, UPS packages and US mail, and have never been offered a receipt for anything dropped off. A recent package I dropped off has not reached its destination. They have no explanation nor any record of the package at all. I’m told there’s nothing they can do. When asked how it can be prevented in the future, they said, we can give you a receipt when dropping off, so it’s in the system. Really?!? Perhaps if you had been doing so all along, I wouldn’t be out the money for the package you lost!!! Terrible customer service!

This particular store is awful. The guy doesnt do a good job of getting your info right and now I have to go through a lot of trouble getting the problem fixed so that ups delivers to the right address. Plus it’s the second time im experiencing incompetence from the same guy… Im so mad. UPS pls retrain your employees or ensure your franchises know what they are doing.
