I purchased a $ 350+ Groupon for this place. When I purchased, I didn’t realize they are only open twice a week with super inconvenient hours! I called 2 weeks ago to schedule my appointment which was supposed to be for this morning. I had a last minute schedule change and was unable to make it. I called prior to them opening and no one answered the phone. I called back after my appointment time and left a voice mail as no one EVER seems to answer the phone here. I received a call back while I was in a meeting and tried calling since noon to get ahold of someone there. I left numerous voice mails and of course, it’s past 3pm and no call back! This is extremely frustrating! Now I have to wait until next week Tuesday to see if they’ll ever call me back or answer their phones. Not to mention, they have already redeemed my groupon! Unbelievable! Never going to purchase a Groupon from here again! I doubt they’ll ever even schedule me anyway so I guess I’ve just lost $ 350+ dollars on nothing!!!

I have had botox for nearly 20 years so I am most familiar with this injection(i.e., number of units and where it should be injected. The doctor who oversees the«injectors» is located in Charlotte so not sure how hands on he is with regard to oversight. Do not use Triangle Injectables. I went in to treat the glabella(wrinkles between my eyebrows) and as the result of the injection being placed in the wrong area, I have drooping eyelids. Not only did I pay for this experience, I foolishly agreed to go back as they promised they could remedy the situation. Thereafter, I called requesting a refund, either full or partial as not only did they not correct the glabella, they made my eyes look awful, which I now have to live with for the next 4 months. They told me I had signed a disclaimer and would not offer any kind of refund. No matter what you save on Botox, it is not worth it with Triangle Injectables.
