I just had a TERRIBLE experience with this shuttle company. The woman was rude on the phone and then hung up on me. She was asking me detailed information about the booking and got frustrated because I was confused and didn’t understand her question. My Dad, who lives in Casa Grande, recommended this company and I just have to say that I would NEVER use them! I tried to call back immediately after she hung up and she didn’t answer. Very, very unprofessional. Instead of calling A1, I suggest calling Casa Grande Shuttle at 520−251−8336 or Avatar Shuttle at 520−709−9976. Please don’t give your business to a company that thinks it is okay to be rude to a brand new customer and hang up on them.
