Last time i was here my pancake was still raw in the middle, the waitress seemed lost so we did not leave a tip. I do not recommend eating here.

Have eaten there several times, last night the food was disappointing. The wait staff isn’t exceptional, but, try to keep up. I had the chicken tenderloins with green chilies and mozzarella cheese — it was VERY bland. Because the past food choices haven’t always been 100 percent, after last night’s experience, will be very happy if I don’t return for a very long time. Also, what’s the deal wIth your cornbread, which is supposed to be q highlight — you’re either running out of them or wait til halfway through the meal before they are served. DISAPPOINTING

Very disappointed with the service, we wasted over 6 min watching servers walk by us not even saying we will be with you so we left not going back this is not the first time this has happened

Worst Cracker Barrel in Arizona. The server kept complaining about how tired she was, it took 25 minutes to get breakfast for two people and when it arrived everything was cold. The ham was dry, the eggs were dry, the gravy was congealed and their award winning preserves were jelly in tiny little food service packs. Not sure what happened to the down home country feeling of this restaurant, the only feeling I got here was dissatisfied and pissed.

This has to be the worst experience ever at Cracker Barrel. We are regulars, and have eaten at many locations over the years! We waited well over 10 min for someone to take our drink order. Our food all arrived separately, and our orders were so wrong!(I ordered chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes… Showed up with no gravy? I sent it back for gravy, and her white and brown gravy, after I specifically requested white 2 times!) Will skip this stop next time!

Thanks to Ebony for such great service at 9 pm on Thanksgiving. It was great to see a smile on someone who has worked all day long and still gave great service. Also, the Thanksgiving meal was great and well worth it!

I hadn’t been to C.B. in years. Hubbs wanted to stop for breakfast. It turned out to be a pleasant meal. I had the healthy breakfast of turkey sausage with my eggs and fruit. So delicious. The fruit was very fresh and tasted delicious. I’m going to go back for lunch another time.

This Is my go to restaurant. When I’m tired of Mexican, fast food or pizza I always go to Cracker Barrel and order the catfish platter. It has great choices and plenty of food. Atmosphere and waiter are great.

I’ve gotten mixed feedback about Cracker Barrel. Some of my friends raved about how good their food was and others told me to skip it so of course, I had to see for myself. This Cracker Barrel is literally one of the first businesses on E Florence Boulevard as you get off the I-10 and drive into Casa Grande. There’s ample parking and I totally loved the look and feel to Cracker Barrel as an old country time restaurant and store. They had a huge waiting area outside of the restaurant complete with rocking chairs and a large, oversized Checkers game. I’m not sure if this is the norm with all Cracker Barrel Restaurants but as you walk in, you enter their country-like store and have to walk through it to enter the restaurant. We were seated immediately and the large restaurant was decorated with old vintage decorations like old license plates and pictures on the wall. The customer service was alright. Our server was friendly enough but the food to a while to come out and after we got our food, our server only checked on us maybe once before she gave us the bill. The food is served in huge portions and I had the chicken fried steak which was A-OK if you ask me and is similar to the one they serve at Denny’s. I had broccoli and mac and cheese as my sides and the meal also came with mashed potatoes and their famous biscuits, none of which were anything to write home about. I think one of my favorite things about my meal was the fact that they had a game of «Frustration» at every table to help keep us entertained while we waited for our food. Although I wasn’t totally impressed with the food, I loved their country store and ended up leaving with a lot of vintage items and souvenirs. There were a bunch of random items for sale like shirts, candy, home décor, desk novelties, stuffed animals, etc. They had a bunch of old school candy that you don’t normally find in your grocery or drug stores like Cow Tales, Mary Janes, gigantic lollipops. Not to mention, they had an old vintage Coca-Cola cooler filled with ice cold bottled Big Red, Bubble Up, Coke, Double Cola and other hard to find sodas. I am more likely to patronize the store again rather than eat at the restaurant.

Spur of the moment breakfast with my daughter. The food was fantastic. Service was just awful! The waitress only took our order and delivered our food to the table. She didn’t come back again even though there was one other table occupied. I had to get up and request for things like a to-go box and the check or extra napkins because she was too busy chatting with another employee.

Casa Grande sadly lower scoring CB… Messy floors… Rushed service with no offers for drink refills or dessert. Good thing as we were ready to leave!

Overall, great consistency in quality of food. Over the years, every time we have come to visit for vacation, we have always been satisfied with the food quality. We enjoyed this particular Cracker Barrel so much so that we would rate is as better than any Cracker Barrel in Houston and surrounding areas. The only reason why we didn’t give 5 stars is because sometimes the service does lack some consistency. And, very rarely, your stake might not be exactly at the temperature you ordered. Other than that, great location to eat at and a safe bet for satisfaction.

I came in with a group of friends on our way back to Tucson after spending the night in Phoenix. We went in to get a table and they told us it would be a 20 minute wait. After 45 minutes of just waiting around for our table to be ready, we went up to the hostess stand to ask what the hold up was. The hostess told us that she had called our name and we didn’t show up so they thought we «surrendered our reservation.» We were standing there the whole time, with a group of us, and not one person in our group heard them call out our name. We finally got to sit, and noticed that the servers all have stars on their name tags, ranging in number. We asked our server what the stars mean(he had two), and he told us it was their customer service scores. Uh oh! I ordered french toast, and they asked if I wanted a fruit topping, and I ordered apples. They then asked if we wanted syrup, and I said yes to that as well. My french toast comes out with no syrup and no apples. I had to flag down my server to ask for these things, and even then I only got the apples. Then, the gross happened. We were seated right next to the main entrance, and this little kid came running up and vomited right behind us(In this kids defense, he really was trying to haul ass to the bathroom and just didn’t quite make it). Now, this vomit was not chunky, it was clear(I’m getting to why this is important). The employees took SO long to clean it up that people ended up walking through it, since it wasn’t immediately noticeable to the unsuspecting pedestrian, and tracked vomit throughout this eatery. They never even offered to move us, so we got to sit, horrified, watching this all go down. Next time we have a night on the town in Phoenix, we will skip right over Cracker Barrel in it’s vomity gloriousness and head straight to IHOP.

Cracker Barrel offers country comfort and down-home comfort food. We got really good service and the food was exactly as ordered and very delicious. This is only the second time my brother had been to a Cracker Barrel and he really enjoyed his burger. One thing I like is that Cracker Barrel, in the recent past, has added healthier options to their menu. I ordered an Apple BBQ chicken breast. Perfection. I also like that they let you pick and choose what sides you want with your meal. You can make it healthy or you can make it not-so-healthy. Their hash brown casserole is to die for, but it’s something I stay away from. Big demerits: They were out of sweet potatoes and out of mixed vegetables. Both of my dining partners had wanted those options, so they were a bit disappointed. One plus about our stop here, we were there for a meeting, so stayed past dinner for a spell. The server continued to offer us coffee and water while we visited. Very, very nice.

My friend raved about going to cracker barrel so we stopped by. First time coming here from visiting family and i was not impressed. The staff was friendly enough and the gift shop was the best part of the whole place. .With lots of trinkets to look at and gifts to purchase for whomever. But I’m sorry to say that I was not wowed by the food quality. My mac and cheese was pretty tasty and the chicken fried steak had a good crunch and the gravy was tasty but seemed like it had a little too much flour in it. My sides were luke warm of green beans and hashbrown casserole was mediocre. The green beans tasted like they were out of a can. Nothing about my meal seemed fresh. The only reason I would come back is for the Mac and cheese and to browse the gift shop.

My first time ever visiting a Cracker Barrel Restaurant! We came from Los Angeles to visit with my brother, and HOLYSMOKES! This place rocks! Why don’t we have these in LA?! It was too hot to cook, so we needed to find a restaurant. I was a little hesitant to try them, because I live off of Unilocal reviews, and the ones for this locations are not so good. But one of the girls travelling with us desperately wanted to go here, so we gave in. Being the weirdoes we are, we all decided to go to the restaurant wearing ridiculous hats and speak in different accents. We had a train conductor who said«choo choo» after every sentence, an Australian explorer, a Russian spy, a hillbilly, and a Texas cowgirl. We were seated right away with no judgments, which already was amazing, as I’d judged myself. haha! The waiter LARRY was super nice; took our drink orders, and didn’t question our strange appearances or bad accents. When asked where I was from, I panicked and confessed that we were just dorks having a fun family outing… He loved it, barked a laugh, admitted he thought the«choo choo» girl was kind of strange, and went on to have a great conversation with us. Turns out Larry is fricken awesome. :) The food was OMG good! I had the chicken fried chicken with macaroni and cheese, apples, and mashed potatoes. Seriously delicious! It was a huge serving, so I took over half of it home with me, and cost less then $ 10! My daughter got the sampler plate with meatloaf, ham, and chicken & dumplings… all 3 were delicious! Definitely not something you’d want to eat when counting calories, but we were on vacation, so it’s ok. :p The ambiance is super cute. Old antiques gave it the country vibe, tables were clean, and there were little games on the table you can play while you wait for dinner! There was a country store at the entrance selling all sorts of knick knacks, tshirts, old fashioned candies, etc. We didn’t buy anything, but had fun exploring the store and seeing all they had to offer!

I’d never eaten at a Cracker Barrel before so I can’t comment if the food is so bad because of this location or just piss poor overall. The cornbread was so bad I took one to go because we had the dog in the car and he wouldn’t even eat it, it doesn’t taste like there is any corn in it. Maybe if you add corn or just start using jiffy mix they would improve. My oven fried chicken was pretty good — ill give them that. My Mac and cheese side would have been better if it was hot. Luke warm was the general theme of all of the sides — mashed potatoes were Luke too. The hashbrown casserole potatoes were still crunchy and undercooked which made it inedible. No one eats raw potato. Hubby also had a tummy ache after eating here which scares me to think about the state of the kitchen. I will probably never eat at this chain again,
