Great sandwiches, friendly service, clean restaurant, and it’s cheaper than subway. What more could you ask for in a sub joint? This review is based entirely from my experiences. I come here for take-out almost weekly; I work right across the street. For every visit, the service has been consistently exceptional. I’ve seen the same workers behind the counter almost every visit, which tells me the company either treats their employees quite well, or they just really, really like to make subs. Either way, the staff is on top of their game and they normally have my sub out in under minute after ordering. Perfect for when I just want to go «grab a sandwich» This location delivers, although I cannot comment on that service because I’ve never ordered delivery. This location does have a drive through however, which is unique for a sub restaurant here in CG — the service is just as quick, too. When you have good prices, good subs, and friendly people, you have me coming to eat at your place weekly. Take more of my money, why don’t you?

very good sandwich. unfortunately delivery area from them is only for central casa grande. huge industrial park(3 miles from restaurant) is not in their delivery range. losing 3 orders a week just by not coming the extra ½ mile :(to our place. expand delivery area!!!

Have been stopping several times now. Still consistently very good. They are really fast service. Great fresh toppings. Rolls are best in business. Italian rolls are chewy fresh. First stopped in Pittsburg Pa. At one and this is same and Great meal

My Husband and I decided to try Jimmy John’s for the first time as they have pretty good reviews and we wanted to try something different than Subway. I have to say that neither one of us was impressed, and trust me when I say that things have to be pretty bad for my husband to say something! He got the Italian sub… little meat and very bland. He said the bread was really stale also. He was not impressed. I had the Tuna. Now the ads say that these are supposed to be «Gourmet Sandwiches». There was nothing gourmet about this sandwich! I have had tuna at other places and they serve SOLIDWHITETUNA. This was BROWNMUSH… swimming with mayonnaise that also seemed watery and dripped a tan liquid all over the place. YUCK! It had a very fishy taste too. Worse tuna sandwich I have ever had in my life! I wasn’t impressed with the bread either. I can make a better sandwich at home. The girl that took our order was nice. The manager on the other hand needs some classes on how to speak to the public. When I asked him if dogs were allowed on the patio he just stared at me like it was the craziest question he had ever heard. I then said I’m just asking because not all places with patios allow dogs, I don’t want to come with him if it is not allowed. He just goes…“ahh ya” and starts washing the table again. What a jerk… and again… he was the manager! We will never go back.

I thought the sandwich was somewhat overpriced for the amount of turkey and condiments added. The turkey appeared processed and slices were not fresh cut. That’s my opinion anyway I probably will find a different deli instead next time!

Best 8 inches I’ve had in CG. Staff is nice, super fast. Clean and tidy place. And they deliver. Didn’t care for the motivational saying everywhere though, but I won’t knock a star for that, it’s weird though, like a cult or something.

I would again after 2 days of repeated problems warn all busy professionals or anyone who wants to partake of the freaky fast and freaky horrific service of jimmy johns to stay AWAY. The food is fine but beware that you will not get what you order. You will however get attitude, and poor service FREAKYFAST.

I’ve eaten a lot of sandwiches in my life, everything from Subway to Quiznos to Firehouse. We flew in to Phoenix and needed to grab a quick bite and the consensus was to try Jimmy John’s. The bread was one thing people raved about but I found it too tough for my liking. If given the choice between Firehouse and Jimmy John’s I’d choose Firehouse; if the given the choice between subway and Jimmy John’s I’d choose Jimmy John’s. It’s fast food but it’s still pretty good, far better than most fast food places out there just not my #1 pick for a sub. My biggest gripe was they don’t have salt packets, yes I’m going to die because I use salt I’ve accepted that… now let me season my food to taste.

I love the jimmy johns chain! It’s fast and reliable. I’m usually debating between the big john which is roast beef or I get the tuna sandwich. I often accompany my sandwich with either BBQ or jalapeño chips. So I drove around one day and saw this jimmy johns. I couldn’t believe my eyes because I didn’t see it checking Unilocal on nearby restaurants. I even asked google to find it and it didn’t find it. So today I drove past again and pulled in! I was surprised to see that this jimmy johns had a drive through! That was a first for me. I decided to dine in though and ate outside. The umbrellas are so new that the tags are still hanging on them untouched by weather. Everyone was really nice and friendly inside and the store was very clean. Also, another perk to this jimmy johns was the cherry coke option. I rarely see that I other fast food chains. I’ll definitely be checking in here again!

I’ve had Jimmy John’s sandwiches in Phoenix and I’m excited there’s one in Casa Grande now!
