Spring Hill, TN
An old restaurant with friendly staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had napkins & finger lickin’ good hand wipes! The NASHVILLE Hot Chicken was just what we remember from Hattie B’s in Nashville! Delicious & «hot» as in temperature, and the spicey hot was flavorful without burning the throat. Our new favorite.

Oh My this is the dirtiest KFC we have ever been. We did not get any service after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes, yes 10 minutes. One guy was waiting on the drive up window, which had one car and he was running around totally lost. The drink machine he was getting drinks from was filthy with mildew, was leaning to the right as the legs were broke off of the machine and there was NO front to the machine as to how we could see the mold… it was terrible. We looked at the Buffet Bar but most of the trays were empty. Two OTHER girls were putting chicken in a warmer, which only required one person and another girl was throwing pans around in the back. The guy at the window, after 5 minutes ask if we had been helped and we said NO. He said the counter girl is on a break. Which yes she was we walked by her outside smoking as we walked in. We had no idea we would have to wait for her to finish her cigarette to come wait on us. WE LEFT and will not return.

This is the worst KFC we have ever been to. We have given it a third and final chance after they consistently do not have product, i.e. pot pies and original recipe chicken. Today the original recipe was burned, when we got our food home the cole slaw was frozen. While waiting at 6:00 pm several people came in to learn the buffet closes at 6 pm (dinner time folks). Recommend Church’s chicken down the street, much better.

Wow, it’s been a long time since I’ve been to KFC, but I was craving some original recipe fried chicken. I ordered a three piece meal, but I noticed that they have a buffet for 7.99, which was more value for your money and a three piece meal and comes with all the different chickens, sides, drink and dessert! Great to know there is a KFC nearby to count on when I have a craving!

horrible service, always get order wrong, asked to meet mgr to discuss-​he stood me up while counter person was cursing me out for not ordering.
This business is a shining example of why that area of town is dying.

Surprise, AZ
To start with i have always liked KFC and to go to one that was a buffet was awesome. Well they had three different types of chicken two types of mashed potatoes and gravy, greens, deep fried battered veggies, coleslaw, macaroni and potato salad, green and baked beans. All were good, for dessert I had hot apple pie with whipped cream. canned peaches. canned pineapple and vanilla pudding. A great feast for being at KFC.
