I would recommend you look elsewhere for your storage needs. Maintenance is poor-I ran over loose concrete curbing in my van and damaged furniture. The alarm system was broken in the building, so we had to listen to the alarm for the entire time it took to unload the furniture into the storage unit. The code they gave me to exit the lot didn’t work so we had to wait for the call center to locate the managers. My stuff has been in storage there for 3 years this summer. I had auto pay so they have been getting regular payments the entire time. I was overseas in December, and my credit card was cancelled due to fraudulent use. Before I had the chance to switch card numbers on my auto pay to U-Haul, they charged me a $ 13.99 late fee. No attempt to contact me or anything, just a late fee. I wrote to complain and the corporate office sent me two certificates for credit @ $ 13.99 each, which I appreciated, but I have now spent hours and made countless phone calls(usually the calls get forwarded to the call center, who told me that the storage location would have a record of my credits and when I called I just needed to pay the balance for the month. The kid I talked to at the site kept telling me they were voided and I have been going around and around with them) trying to redeem the certificates. Finally I heard from the manager and she tells me that there is a $ 0 balance on one of the certificates. They also just raised the monthly rate by more than 10%. It feels like extortion. I can’t wait to get my stuff out of there in 2 months. Great deterrent to keeping things stored. Worst customer service ever. *Edit* They have a new manager named Nancy who made it right. Thank you, Nancy!
