Fredrickson Builders Supply

As of today this place is on my unpopular never do business with them again. Much will be decided when I see what they do about their major screw up.
I’ve done business with this place for years — basically they always treated me good — so long as there were no issues. And let me explain — when I say business — I’ve spent over 17G here — that should put me in at least a Gold status, but when the crap hits the fan — they simple don’t do well.
My biggest order was filled with defective screws — what did they do — they gave me a new box — I had to travel there to get it. On my most recent order — well — three months plus and I’m still waiting for two deck boards. Mind you — they called to tell us they were delivering it a few times, but they never show up. Not sure what happens to my order, but still nothing.
At this point — when they finally get them — they ought to deliver them free of charge — no delivery no charge at all — maybe bring a six pack along too!
I have another project too, but if they don’t attempt to satisfy this customer — they won’t be getting another penny of mine!
Though they typically have good pricing and they SEEM to be professional — after this last bout of incompetence — it’s not what it seems. There isn’t that much parking space at the location either, but they do accept credit cards — not sure I like the fact they keep your credit card number on file though!
