Typical 7-Eleven. I was on my way home from work. I was in need of a cup of coffee. Stop by dislocation, and picked one up. The clerk behind the counter was very kind, and very courteous. I found the store to be very clean. And of course I got to use my 7-Eleven app. This location has several pumps, and a car wash. Easy access from Semoran Boulevard, or 17 – 92. I will stop by again in the future.

This place has horrible customer service. The employees act like they’re doing you a favor by doing their job, and it’s a favor they don’t want to do at best. Came in here one time to get my wife a Slurpie, and saw they had some sort of deal going on that if you bought a hotdog and a Slurpie it came out to a really discounted price that made the hotdog pretty much free. I asked the clerk to get me one of the hotdogs, and the girl actually rolled her eyes before going over and getting a hotdog off the grill. Another time that I came in here, I had been trying to buy a gas card for my wife, and when I asked the guy behind the counter if they had gas cards, he didn’t have any idea what I was talking about. When I said that I was basically looking for a gift card that my wife could use to buy gas, he told me I could get a 7-Eleven gift card which could then be used at the pump. I asked where they were, and when he pointed to the rack and I walked over, there were no available gift cards. They were all sold or something. I told him this, and he said«that sucks» and offered no other options or anything. The real final straw was on my visit when I came in after getting gas at the pump so that I could change my daughter’s diaper. When I went over to the men’s restroom, the door was locked but there was no noise inside, and no answer when I knocked. I went up to the front and asked the clerk if the doors require a key, or if the door being locked was because someone was actually in there. He told me «nah dey don’t lock you don’t need no key» and went back to playing on his phone. I went back over to the restroom and waited and after three or four minutes of still no noise inside, and still no response to two other times that I knocked on the door, I went up to the front again and told the guy that I think someone had locked the door when they went out as a prank or something. He said«don’t know what to tell you». Fed up, I walked over to the women’s restroom and just went in. I wasn’t going to make my daughter continue to sit in a dirty diaper. I go in to the women’s restroom, and it is absolutely trashed. I mean, disgusting. And there’s no changing table. I realize that this has been a complete bust, and just as I’m coming out of the women’s restroom I see the clerk unlocking the men’s restroom door. I asked him how come when I came up several times complaining that the door was locked and it didn’t seem like there was anyone inside, if he had a key the whole time why didn’t he just go over and unlock it for me. Was I interrupting something important? Was his game not at a point that he could pause it yet? He just rolled his eyes and said«door’s unlocked». I ended up changing my daughter in the car, which I really don’t like doing because I’m not thrilled with everyone who’s in eyesight of my car being able to see my daughter when she’s exposed… there’s a lot of sickos out there. But anyways, I will never stop at this 7-Eleven again.
