Super!!! Great staff there I tell ya. I stopped thru to pick up a few random things. The guy literally stayed there with me and assisted me in finding everything I needed. I have been there twice already in the past week and the second visit was the same. Got what I needed also. It’s a short guy that wears a navy vet hat who’s awesome. Also a guy with dreadlocks that may have been new but he was very friendly also.

The staff is very helpful and if you hit the bag sales you can get pretty good deals on yeti cups

Winter Park, FL
Stopped close to closing time after my grill ran out of gas to have propane tank filled. Apparently they lock up the gas stuff way before they close and told me to come back tomorrow morning at 7:30. Thanks. Guess I will just wait and cook my steak for breakfast. Awesome service. Next time I will just go to Home Depot. So much for trying to support the little guy.

I have lived in Casselberry for most of my life and have seen all three «hardware stores go up. But by far, my favorite is Ace. The people that work there are the most informed and they can acquire that the big stores can’t. Plus they do it without making a big deal of it. For me it was a/​c filters for a very off sized unit /(House built in 1971) They not only ordered them, but they did not ask for payment ahead of time and they came in within days. (I ordered enough for 2 years, just in case… LOL

I’m a pretty big fan of this store. They have most of the stuff you usually go to Lowes or Depot for and you can get in and out much quicker. It’s tucked away behind the Buffalo Wild Wings and easy to drive by and miss.
Another HUGE advantage is that unlike the large home improvement stores the employees at this location are able to give you good advice – very knowledgeable about just about everything.

Ace has just about everything you are looking for, it is just like the others (Home Depot and Lowes) but with out the mega stores and the lines. This was my first time at this specific location and it a nice store fully stocked with lots of product and knowledgeable employees who were able to help us.
Price seems a bit more expensive then at the competitors but that is probably because there is not as many Ace stores around this area and most not all are franchised or privately owned.

ACE has been at this location for as long as I can remember. They always seem to have everything you need for little projects around the house and everyone is quite helpful and friendly. When I need something quick, I usually come up here before going to one of the bigger stores. ACE Casselberry is most definitely the helpful hardware place.
