I always have a pleasant experience anytime and every time I go here for phone services. The employees are well versed in up sell. Lol. I highly recommend this store above all the other Verizon locations I have been to. The employees are all or seem to be highly knowledgeable in knowing the Verizon tech stuff Thank you and keep up the great customer service

When we first went to Verizon to switch cell phone providers, it took THREEHOURS for the rep to get two phones switched. When my husband’s new phone would only let him hear calls if he was in headset mode, he went to Verizon to get help with the problem. The rep told him they couldn’t help him, he’d have to take it to an Apple store. Then the rep said if Apple couldn’t fix it then Apple would have to replace his phone. We got the phone at Verizon! Sending customers all over the place to get help with a problem is ridiculous, especially when the Verizon reps don’t act like they care once they have your business.

I’ve dealt with this store 2 separate times. First when switching from Sprint to Verizon almost 2 years ago…(best decision EVER) Sherine, was my associate who helped me then… she found me a better plan and saved me over $ 100 per month. Sherine has since gone back to college to further her education… bummer. Most recently, I had to deal with an insurance claim when my husband dropped his phone in the water while vacationing in the Keys. The store in Key West was ZERO help… They were total jerks. On a whim, I called my original store… Augusto answered the phone and helped me immensely with the whole process. He was amazing! He goes by «Goose» and works at multiple locations. Ask for him! He’s fantastic!!!

The sales representative for Verizon at Cellular Sales in Casselberry is the absolute WORST! The salesperson flat out lied to us, changed(«upgraded») our plans without informing us and did not lock our text messaging so we were charged for receiving company advertisements. AVOIDATALLCOSTS!
