Debbie has the best customer service ever.
My husband had left his phone in the spot where we looking at products.
It was our first visit to this location and was not aware of there closing times.
We didn’t realize that he left it until we reached home. I called no answer so decided to wait for the next day to pick it up hopefully it will be there. Called one my time and Debbie answers to say let me look in the area where you we’re looking and found it .
She then asked how far away are you?
I replied Lake Mary about 25 – 30 min after closing. She says I will wait out side in my car for you to come back.
Debbie is amazing and now I will always shop at this location. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to be around after a long day.

Cosmoprof is where the salon professionals go to purchases products, they have more products than Sally’s, and are more professional grade, the thing is, unless you have a cosmetology licence or are with one, you cannot shop there.
Their prices are pretty good, they have a nice selection, and they have all the major brands and friendly staff to get you in and out, Their hours are weird though :/
