We had a great experience with Creative Floors, the installation crew, and Bob Hapka who took care of customer service for us. Bob truly understands the products he is selling and made no attempt to up-sell us to a more expensive product than needed. We had delayed making this purchase nearly a decade as we were intimidated by the options, the prices, and the relative permanence of the products. I’m pleased to report that the entire process was very pleasant, the installation crew was fast and efficient, and we are very happy with our new floors.
