Downing Jeffrey, DO

Waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. A man was allowed to skip ahead of me after sweet-​talking the receptionist in Spanish and then she had the nerve to pretend to have no idea why I had been skipped.
For my hour wait and obviously nervous demeanor the doctor barely gave me five minutes of his time. Asked me a couple of questions about family history which led him to recommend a mammogram (no one in my family has had breast cancer). The mention of this test at my age (30) led me to tear up with nerves. He patted me on the arm, told me that I should expect it with my family history (again, no breast cancer in my family) and walked out the door.
I left the office in tears and will never go back.

Dr Downing is a great and charismatic Doctor, but the women who work the front desk are miserable and beyond rude. Every time I call or come into this office I’m greeted with an attitude. They also now are an appointment only office, yet still make you wait over an hour to see the doctor. Won’t be back.

Our experience was perfect. The staff and the doctor were warm and friendly, we were in and out quickly but efficiently, and we felt our concerns were heard. Excellent!

I love the service and attention here. Everyone is so very nice. They don’t rush you in and out like most other doctors. Dr. DiNardo and Dr. Downing actually listen to me and work with me to keep me healthy. Been coming here for years and plan to continue doing so!
These D.O.‘s are the best. I love, too, that I can get a chiropractic adjustment for just a copay instead of paying specialist copay and having a chiropractor who tries to sell you on a bundle of visits you probably don’t need.

What happened to this place? Rude people, slow slow slow service. Waited over 2 hours to see dr for 10 minute visit. Only 4 people in front of me.
