coffee is re fillable… its not the best. I find that whenever egg nog is in season, it usually tastes better. my photo is of the salmon, which goes for 7.99 $ and the gardeny vegetable spread with cucumber, which I think goes for 3.50 $

This is the second time I’ve been here and the second time they were out of half of what I wanted to order.(At 9am on a Sunday). That’s like McDonalds running out of hamburgers. They need to manage their inventory better. I’m done with this place. On a good note, the breakfast sandwiches I ordered were fine.

I have been there for lunch and it’s a good variety for a sandwich on s bagel. The selections of cream cheese shmear is great. I’m sure they all are awesome. The latest one I purchased an entire tub of is the pumpkin shmear. Love it.

I love Einsteins. Though I can’t say much about dining inside, as I’ve mostly gone through their drive thru. I always get the vanilla or mocha hazelnut coffee and its always really good. I also enjoy their seasome seed bagels! The sandwiches are pricey but for the most part delicious. This location also always has dog treats shaped like bagels. Which I can’t help but ask for every time I go. I’ll be back!

Service was very quick. Very polite. A little pricey for bagel sandwiches. Food came out quick which probably explains why my cheese wasn’t melted on the bagel. Never seen that before. Smoothie was good. Coffee was good. Bagel was fine. Had the sausage egg cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. It is definitely egg dominated, small piece of sausage and cheese that isn’t melted. Probably won’t come back.

This place was just a quick pit stop for me and the husband on our way to Busch Gradens in Tampa. We stopped for breakfast and he ordered the bacon and cheese egg sandwhich and I ordered the sausage and cheese sandwhich. Now I know it was a turkey sausage but I didn’t even get sausage on my sandwhich it was a slice of ham. I was disappointed with that because I was looking forward to a sausage but whatever. Staff was nice but not really impressionable they were just there. Also it’s set up a little weird to me that you have to order and then move down to another cashier and pay her for your order. The only good thing was the Blueberry Lemonade! That was delicious!

Chain restaurants like these are supposed to be reliable in the sense that, if you’ve been to other locations in the past, you pretty much know what you’re getting. We got 2 orders of the Nova Lox sandwich to go, both with everything on it(one minus the capers). When I opened it at home I realized one sandwich had only cream cheese and Lox, while the other had cream cheese, Lox, onion and capers. Both sandwiches were missing tomato, and one was also missing onion. I double-checked the menu online after to make sure it was supposed to include tomato– it was. Breakfast fail. Unfortunately we got the sandwiches to go, so we just stuck with them, instead of driving back to exchange.

The service is horrible! Way too slow in the drive thru with 3 cars will take 10 minutes to get coffee. They need to hire more people to have better service because other stores are better. Also, the inside of the restaurant looks dirty. There was trash on the floor by the coffee station. Obviously management is not conscientious about cleanliness.

The worst place I have ever been to. Don’t waste your time. Go to Starbucks next door or Dunkin Donuts, its much faster. I waited 15 mins for ONE bagel and ONE coffee. I am warning you, if your are in a hurry, dont go! You WILL wait for about ten mins every time. I made that mistake four times and EVERYTIME it took forever. This place SUCKS! Which is too bad because I love their bagels but def not worth the wait and not worth being late to work for. They need faster service if they want to stay in business. Or maybe younger employees who dont take fifteen mins to toast a bagel.

There wraps are not that good. The egg doesn’t even look real and it tasted bland. Ek! Prob made from that cheap powder garbage. I tried a black Russian bagel and it was good but nothing special. I guess all sort of typical for a chain though. If u just want to grab a quick bagel then it is a good choice.

I tried Einstein bagels for the first time since I moved to Florida and being from NYC the bagels are horrifying as well as the eggs and cheese. Who puts caraway seeds on on an everything bagel. It was by far the worst experience me and my husband had since being down here. Will not be going back. GROSS!

Chain restaurants are pretty reliably mediocre. I like Einsteins, but they always get one thing wrong. This time, they didn’t toast my bagel. All in all, it was a fine lunch. I’ll be back, and I will even recommend it for a working, quick lunch. However, it’s not impressive in any way.

Great food, good service. I’m impressed. I had the Nova Lox bagel on Tuscan for breakfast, and it was very good. Very affordable and appetizing. Looked like a higher quality version of Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ll definitely return.

I take advantage of the drive through and the free espresso coffee coupon which comes on the receipt with any purchase. On individual occasions I’ve ordered the pumpkin poppers which were a bit hard but wet — I can’t describe it, the pumpkin muffin(tasty without a lot of sugary frosting on the top) and one of the egg sandwiches which I had a $ 2 off coupon for — they’re a tad bit pricey so coupons help!

I like Einstein’s a lot. I’ve been a regular at the College Park location, both Winter Park locations, the Kaley Ave location(downtown) and the Altamonte Springs location in the 17 years I’ve lived in Orlando. For Pete’s sake, this location is dreadful. I sometimes swing in here on my way to work, when I have time. This is the key element– time. Out of all of the locations I listed above, the Casselberry location takes the longest to get you in and out. Not because there are lines out the door, as is the case with the other locations in the morning… but because this location is always understaffed with front of house people. One person is bouncing between the drive thru orders and checking you out at the inside counter. To boot, sometimes she’s also taking your order at the separate ordering register when you come in AND making coffee drinks! COMEON, get some more people in there to work the counters, esp. during the morning hours. The staff is always friendly, but very frazzled. Who could blame them, when a few people inside placing orders and one person at the drive through has the 2 people behind the counter running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I would be happy to grab a salad for lunch at the Casselberry location, if their case was ever stocked in the morning. Any other location would have the salads stocked to grab and go, so this location misses out on a double sale. One final point, each time I’ve been in there for 10+ minutes… and there is an misc. Einstein’s employee chilling in the dining room eating or taking their break. I certainly do not begrudge anyone their break, esp. since they’ve probably been there since the crack of dawn and taking orders may not be their job, in some cases… but it leaves a bad impression when customers are standing at a register waiting for service. And waiting.

Food was better than I expected. Had a six cheese bagel with egg and sausage. Plenty of seats outside with umbrellas. Free newspaper if you didn’t bring your own.

I usually steer clear of reviewing chains because the food is pretty consistent at each location. However, when the service is lacking something has to be said. I had previously signed up for their email list and received a coupon for a free sandwich on my birthday. Score! So, on the morning of my birthday I practically skipped inside to pick up my free, yummy sandwich. I ordered it from the manager and when she proceeded to tell me the total, I handed her the coupon(you pay after you order). Here’s where it goes down hill. The manager’s first instinct was to tell me the sandwich I picked wasn’t included but that she would be more than happy to only charge me the difference(Oh, but it was included AND stated on the coupon). After I brought this to her attention, she then played the«oh, well it’s not letting me ring it up that way» card. As I was about to walk out and go to another location that can comprehend it’s coupons, she finally figured it out and I wasn’t asked to pay for it. While I appreciate the fact that she honored the coupon eventually, I didn’t appreciate her sour attitude during the 10 minutes it took to correct the mistake. However, I’m happy to report the food was delicious. :) I wish this were my only complaint. Yesterday I had a craving for a toasted bagel thin with a smear on the side. I was running a bit late for work but thankfully no one was in line, and just one person in the drive-thru. I proceeded to order and waited patiently. I’ve noticed the employees at this location tend to talk a lot, which I usually don’t mind if they’re also working. Five minutes roll by and the preparer asked the person who took my order a question about my order. Again, it was just a bagel(sliced and toasted) with a side of smear. Apparently he grabbed the wrong bagel and began the process again. Can we even call it a process, though? Around the 10 minute mark I finally got my to go order. I have absolutely no idea how anyone can take 10 minutes to slice and toast a bagel(which is all done by machine, btw) with no other customers and about 5 employees standing around. Unless you enjoy wasting your time and/or watching employees stand around, I’d suggest going to another location. While I love me some Einstein food, it’s just not worth the hassle here.

If it wasn’t for the food and for the service of the lady who originally took my order, I would have given this place 1 star. This was my very first visit to any Einstein Bagels, but the manager left a bad taste in my mouth. Yes, I understand you are busy, and yes, I understand you mean well, but my order was messed up. I had ordered a medium caramel macchiato, but they gave me a small instead. I asked her to make me another drink, but the manager told me to come back tomorrow and she’d give me a free drink to make up the difference.(And the way she said that, she sounded like she was rushing me out the door. Lol.) I wasn’t planning on coming back in after the way she said that. I wanted my money’s worth at that moment, so I suggested she just refund me the difference. Good thing she did, or it would have been 1 star! =) Now for the good points. I loved the good grains bagel with the sundried tomato cream cheese. I’ll have to check out the Einstein Bagels in Jville next time.
