The shop in Clermont is not listed. The people are nice and the selection isn’t bad. But the cigars are often dried out. I have compared often the same cigar from this shop and the Corona Cigar shop on Sand Lake Rd and Corona’s cigars are fresher and never dried out. I still shop at the Clermont store but only when I don’t have time to drive to Orlando.

I have gone to this place close to 10 times while I lived in Central Florida, and this is the best place to get very nice cigars! The selection is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are great! When you go to other cigar shops, the prices are a good 3 – 4 dollars higher per cigar than similar or identical items at this shop. I bought humidors, and other supplies from here too, and I have 0 complaints. Highly recommended!

Ol Times Cigar shop is located on Semoran Blvd/SR 436 just north of the Red Bug Lake Rd intersection, in Casselberry. Look for the pool store with the large lanai display, it’s next door. I’ve purchased A LOT of cigars here over the years for my Dad, me and gifts for friends. Nice selection, good prices and easy to navigate if you know what you are looking for. If you don’t know what you want, just ask for help and you’ll get a friendly suggestion. Prices are well marked, as are reviews when applicable. This recent trip had me buying for a friends B’day and getting us stocked up for family visits over the holidays. As always, there were several people lit up on the couch enjoying the atmosphere and watching a game on TV. The owners weren’t there, but their son was manning the shop and doing a great job.

I absolutely love this place, the owners are really nice and they know there product. The place smells great and there selection is great and prices are good, you can even smell the cigar smoke coming from inside out side while people can relax inside and watch tv or talk. Good place to also relax and smoke one there. There hours are not the best wish they were open longer just because I love this place that much but I am happy to find out about this place.

Ol’ Times Cigars is definitely a place worth checking out if you are into cigars. I believe their store was originally in the Altamonte Mall before moving over to Casselberry. They have everything from store rolled cigars that are under $ 5 to über premium cigars to lighters and pipes. The prices are always reasonable and equal, if not better, than prices you will find at other similar cigar shops around town. I can’t recall the owners name, but he has always been extremely helpful each time I have been in the store. Its not that significant, but they always insist you take some matches and ask if I need my cigar cut, which I usually take advantage of so as not to panic when on the golf course and find I’ve left my cutter at home. I signed up for their email list several years back, but unfortunately have not been to any of their events. .. but it seems every month they are having some type of event, whether from cigar makers showing how to roll cigars or manufacturers introducing a new line of product.

UPDATE(1.30.11) — I visited here yesterday and had a great experience. The owner of the shop(I forget his name) was very helpful and knowledgeable about his products and was able to assist me in finding an affordable tobacco pipe. The one I purchased was $ 14.95, though the store has many others available. Most seemed to be within the $ 30-$ 80 price range, though the owner did tell me there are even nicer ones that can be purchased for $ 100 or more. He let me take a few sniffs of several types of tobacco in the back of the store, which was very helpful as I don’t know anything about this stuff, really. I bought an ounce of Black Cordial tobacco and am looking forward to trying it and the pipe out ASAP.(Maybe even tonight!) The store has a great selection of cigars(unfortunately, I know nothing about them, though may be interested in learning more), ranging in price from only a few dollars to more than $ 10 and likely even more than that. I’d definitely recommend stopping in here if you’re a cigar fan and are looking for something special/rare/etc. as the selection seemed to be very varied, well-stocked and, for lack of a better word, classy.(I can tell some of the more higher-priced cigars I walked by were good ones, even though I don’t know anything else about them.) I overheard the owner telling a customer ahead of me in line that he purchased the store in 1989(or close to it), so he’s been in business for a while and has obviously done a fine job with customer service and so on. The friend who recommended this place to me is a regular customer here, and I don’t think he goes elsewhere for cigars/etc.; he may just come here, which says something. The shop is located on 436 in Casselberry, basically just across the street from where City College is/used to be. Definitely worth a visit for those who are into cigars/pipes/etc. The shop also stocks a large variety of lighters and so on, if you’re looking for those as well. Highly recommended! Stop in.
