Tried the green burrito’s california steak burrito. Why did I do that? Worst thing I ever ate.
The only thing nice I can say is that one of the workers, elderly woman was very friendly and had a happy demeanor. Carls Jr is lucky to have her.

Came for dinner before heading to LAX… ordered 4 meals… nothing special about the meals… they were average… the reason I give them 3 stars service was excellent… Lucinda was such a sweet funny bubbly lady that has extra friendly… Store was very clean.

I was wondering what really happens here? Service lately is horrible, I notice the employees look unhappy, Really poor costumer service and when I ask one of the Employees why every one looks really unhappy he just reply, We have new boss who is very mean and we could get fire immediately if we don’t hurry up? This was one of the best location compare with others in Santa Clarita how ever, that makes me change my preference.
