We have had a box here for years and LOVE this place and everyone in it! They are always friendly, anticipate our needs by having the mail pulled from our box before we even get in the door! They have also accommodated every request from staying late, making sure we can get our packages after hours and even hiding shipments of presents from spouses LOL! We cannot say enough good stuff about them and the cost is so low for the peace of mind we have with all our mail and packages. After having a irreplaceable item lost we opened a box here and have never had a problem. Plus they are the best when we need any shipping help or notary services. Love having a one-​stop shop with such wonderful people.

I love these people here. They always seem to provide great service everytime I walk in. Of course they always joked about me eating their candy, but hey, who doesn’t like free candy ahha. They are a great store to have in Castaic for quick office needs.

I use this place mainly for faxing but have mailed packages from here before. I’m aware of three people I see regularly working here, but there may have more… I’ve just not seen them. They are a very pleasant staff, and I’m happy to work with them.
As much as I like the staff, and am happy to use their faxing and copying services, I have to say it’s a lot less expensive mailing a package or getting USPS services from a USPS location. I think (I don’t KNOW) that I pay more for USPS services because this is, of course, a UPS center, and I think they tack on fees to do normal USPS stuff. So, for mailing packets/​packages (depending upon the size of the package) I prefer to go to the regular post office.
