Adam Gallery exhibits the paintings of Josh and Susan Adam. Josh has painted extensively in the Penobcot Bay region, principally using oil, and captures the unique character of the Maine coast and its inhabitants. Susan is focused on portraiture, especially children, and portrays her subjects in a natural setting. Their paintings represent exceptional value given the strength of their talent. Adam Gallery is easy to visit on Battle Avenue in Castine, and Josh and Susan are relaxed and informative artists who are in residence and welcome visitors.
