Don’t even bother calling if you have repair work to be done. They are only interested in new installs. I have heard the work was sub par, but you get what you pay for, so little repair work would be ideal. They said they might call me in a month if they have time. Well I might just hire a company more reliable.

During the construction of our new home we decided to have Barefoot Flooring supply all of our flooring needs. We were thrilled when our wood floors and carpeting for our home were installed. The woods floors turned our BEAUTIFUL!
Likewise, the carpet selections for each room looked great. Another important consideration is that the employees of Barefoot Flooring were very informative during the selection process. I would highly recommend Barefoot Flooring to anyone. The store has a a great selection of wood floors and carpeting to meet the needs of
all potential customers.

Barefoot Flooring helped us in both upgrading and updating our home. We tiled our two bathrooms… they turned out just beautiful. We had Mohawk carpeting installed throughout our house and it is beautiful. We had window treatments done in our four bedrooms and dining room. So many choices… we are very satisfied !!
Making so many decisions made it very easy with the professional and informative salesman that worked with us. The installers were very considerate in everyway as work was completed throughout our home. We would definitely recommend Barefoot Flooring for all our decorating needs !!

We bought hardwood to match existing hardwood in our home based on the large sample piece in the store. Wood arrived today, and it is totally different in color than sample. (Sample was dark with occasional knots. Wood is TOTALLY colorless with an occasional dark area and no knots. It looks like plain wood with polyurethane on it).
We were offered two more boxes out of which we could pick the dark wood. However, out of the 15 boxes we ordered, about 2⁄3 is colorless. Two would not be enough. Or we could get a refund of our $ 1,800 minus over $ 400 for restocking.
I believe Barefoot Flooring misrepresented their product, and we are paying the price for it.
