While I love Ann Taylor, and their outlet stores have some deals, the managers who work here are terrible.
Two of the managers were behind the cash register area and were discussing plans for new displays and seemed like exchanging and returning some items were such a bother for them! I don’t think the dark haired one ever smiles, or knows how to make eye contact with customers.
The regular salespeople on the floor and in the dressing room area are much nicer.
It is too bad there are even nicer salespeople at the Ann Taylor Loft store, although their clothes are definitely not as nice.
This could be such a great shopping experience, but it is a shame they treat their customers so terribly.

Horrible service! Checking out and while trying to get final payment the store manager was going over the days messages, what the store goal was, while the girl was trying to check us out. Very rude, I do not need to be informed of how much your store needs to sell in a day

Customer service is sub par, I’ve been in here a number of times and have only been said hi to once. The discounts are not as great as you would expect from an outlet. Clothes are good quality but not a big assortment to choose from. Hope Ann Taylor can increase their customer service skills at this location.

If you love a bargain and you love Ann Taylor’s timeless style… this place is incredible. **Ann Taylor’s styles are not trendy and do not vary greatly season to season so the outlet store often reflects the identical looks as their flagship stores. Mark downs are at least 25% off original pricing but the outlet then offers an add’l 30% — 40% off the lowest marked price. In other words, a dress that was originally $ 89.00 is yours for around $ 29.00…woohoo! That’s a bargain I can appreciate!

Castle Rock Outlets are amazing!
I didn’t realize there were so many outlets here, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the Ann Taylor outlets here. Just my luck that this weekend was 40% off the entire store. This makes for some great deals on already reduced items with the additional reduction at the register.
Always make sure to check out the clearance section as you can find great pieces for under $ 10 which is a steal at Ann Taylor.
Shopping relaxes me — I would make this drive every weekend for shopping like this.
