Expert Waste and Recycling

This company completely ripped us off! We prepaid $ 460 for a 40 yard dumpster. They were supposed to pick it up in a week. They didn’t show up for three weeks! My husband called them repeatedly but they didn’t return our calls. After 2 weeks without a return phone call. They finally returned our call. They said everyday they were going to come pick up the dumpster. They never showed up. No phone call nothing. Finally we got a complaint from Boulder County. My husband called again and left yet another message, finally showed up. The driver assured us we wouldn’t be charged any overages. This was a complete lie. We received a email for a 23.40 tonnage overage bill. Which they took out of our account without permission. Oh it gets better. They also STOLE 345.00 out of our checking account without explanation. Again they didn’t return our calls. My husband had to cancel his bank card. We were able to get our money back by disputing this through our bank. We were on vacation when we learned about this fraudulent charge. These bastards left a family of 5 without any gas and food money. We had $ 4, yes $ 4 dollars left, after they drained our account. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEEL YOUR MONEY! THEY DON’T RETURN PHONE CALLS! THEY ARE THEIVES!
