The Hampton Inn at Castle Rock has seen better days. I suggest a move to a newer more updated hotel. While the service was wonderful and the hotel staff went the extra mile. It needs an update. I believe it has churned out guests 24÷7÷365 and needs a well deserved makeover.
Our room stay was interrupted by maintenance to check on my shower draining onto the poor soul below. We moved to a room with a door that didn’t lock. That’s three rooms with difficulties. My guess is that we were not alone.
It isn’t up to the nice Hampton Inns we usually stay at. And certainly not up to the Hilton family standard.

The hotel room was very clean and the pillows were comfy. A huge variety of television channels to choose from for all family members. The complimentary breakfast was great with everything from fresh fruit to eggs to french toast and waffles. Complimentary coffee and tea available 24⁄7 in the lobby was a nice treat. The pool was a bit small but very clean. The only complaint we have is the location of the hotel which is right off the freeway so all night traffic was a bit disturbing. We did find a pair of complimentary ear plugs in the restroom the next morning so those may have made a difference in our sleeping experience. Overall, a great one night stay for a single family.

I was here for a one week class and the staff took very good care of me. The room was bright, airy, quiet, and clean, the pillows were prefect, and the free breakfast was a winner with plenty of gluten free items (available upon request).
The only downside is the traffic on the main drag that that Castleton Way connects to, but the Hampton can’t do anything about that. There is a «pretend luxury» outlet mall nearby along with a large Lowes. I am looking forward to returning again.

Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, wonderful staff. We extended our stay since we liked it so much, The beds are inviting, soft and comfortable, a lot of little extras included which make you feel welcome. Coming back in the evening, warm cookies by the front door, loved that. Attentive staff, especially the breakfast person and Rachel. Loved it and would stay again.

Had a great experience here reserved our rooms on line. we stayed her for 3 nights. Comfy beds pillows are awsome very nice staff. Pool was very clean. Love the free breakfast. Parking is good. really close to the store but i also love that the outlets are right across the street walking distance. Wi-​Fi is free with the book of your room. Gym is open 24/7.Cable has good channels and most of all the restrooms are nice and clean everyday room service comes in. They clean and change the sheets and towels for nice and clean ones. Over all my experience was great i loved it i would come back anytime i really do recommend it.

One night stay for a friends engagement party. Very comfortable hotel and a great free breakfast.
