I did not catch the names of any of the 3 people helping me, as they didn’t tell it to me. I understand that they have to be dressed nice so name tags are kind of out of the question, but they should at least be introducing themselves. I’m a bigger guy, there’s no hiding that fact, the main guy that was helping me (younger about 18 – 22) was not helpful at all. While I was trying on pants he made a comment to a fellow coworker about my weight. I didn’t hear this exchange but my fiancé told me only after I’d made the purchase. I was buying clothes for my wedding and this business did a good job of ruining that for me. Your employees need to realize that men of all shapes and sizes need to dress up from time to time. I found better clothes and a much better experience at men’s warehouse.
