They were offering discounts online but no discounts in the retail store — not even for the military or Veterans. Customer service was not that great either, I think there were more employees in the store than customers

I am not sure what happened to the customer service here. I have been coming here for 10 years and the team was always very friendly. I even ended up knowing quite a few people by name. But, last night I went in and all of the staff had changed and customer service was terrible. There was no one attending any of the check out lanes. One poor customer was standing in the middle of the store. No one had greeted him nor was showing any signs of helping him. I waited near the check out area and after several minutes someone finally came over to open a lane. Julie was her name. She did not greet me. I told her that I thought they could use more staff. She said, «well, it is that time of day». I am not sure what Julie meant by that. But, she clearly had no interest in the fact that people had been waiting to GIVETHEIRBUSINESSMONEY! She handed me my receipt. She did not say thank you or goodbye.

Very Odd. I returned a computer that just didn’t work for me. They quickly returned it and gave me my money back. No problems here… But no questions either. A little discovery would have turned this return Into a higher end purchase and some tech services on my additional shot computer… Instead 3 employees up front stared at me while I asked if the sales person could show me a different device. The reason why not was«because you said you wanted to return it» I left a little embarrassed… I hate returning things because I know what it does to profits but If I can get service, I’ll spend… Not this time… Not a terribly bad visit just very odd.

Been here a few times and usually get what I go for, but when it comes to bigger purchases, they’re a bit overpriced compared to their competitors. The staff are friendly and ready to help with any questions.

I have one here to get copies done a couple different times and have ended up with nothing too good. Once I brought in 15 letterheads in for them to print a couple letters for me. They said that they couldn’t do it right then because there were other projects in front of me. I thought ok, I just want 15 things printed off, it might take 5 minutes. But I understand the system. So I came back the next day to pick them up, and paid for them. When I got to my office I noticed that 5 of them the letterhead was faded. I think they messed up on them and so they took another letterhead I had a copied it. Obviously they didn’t look too good. Then i kept looking through and notices that the last 2 letterheads the letters weren’t printed in a straight line, they were tilted. Now I understand making a mistake and all, but I would hope they would call me and explain what happened and let me bring in more letterheads and all. But instead they sneak the bad ones on the bottom of the stack and hope I don’t notice. Very not cool. I paid full price for their mistake, please tell me there is nothing wrong with that.

The men here were very helpful! I needed printer ink, but had a complete mind fart and couldn’t recall the cartridge number. They helped me locate it, two of them, without making me feel like the idiot I felt like. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays… who’dathunk I would find it at Office Depot!

Wow, this is a great place to go for office and computer equipment. If you go make sure to ask for Tim, he was supper helpful!
