Although you may think you are getting a deal… buyer beware! This outlet moves prices daily in order to accommodate their special deals. A blanket that was 29.99 is now 46.99-really?
Even with the extra 30% off its still more than 29.99…just one example I found of marking things up to «mark them down» via a sale. Disappointing!

My husband and I just left the outlet store ab 30 minutes ago. They had a big selection, that’s the only good thing I can say. Not one single employee spoke to us, or asked if they could assist us with anything. We were the only customer’s in the entire store. We decided if we are spending $ 3K+ on a couch, we will take our money somewhere they could give a darn if we are in the store. There are plenty of other high end stores that will care about our business.

Staff couldn’t have been ruder, asked price on duvet covers instead of telling us just pointed to selection on other side of store said to go look over there. Then I put our things on counter they said that was ok came back things moved to re shelving cart, then asked clerk if she would ring us up she said but 1 st walked away to deal with a stocking person question, then rudely said I could bring my stuff down to her register instead where we were. rude unprofessional, no thank yousvetc. We’ll our $$$ at Arhaus or PB next time

I love that this is a true outlet… things from the full-​price store come here after the season ends vs. having a collection of items manufactured specifically for the «outlet». Great prices and great staff.

Great outlet, great sales, always new stuff to buy.

The people that work in this store are so nice.
Not to mention the prices are awesome! We purchased a $ 4,200 couch for $ 214!!! WHAT?!
They have awesome deals where they do 40% off the entire store. Not to mention everything in there is already 20−33% off the regular store price (obviously clearance items are even more off).
The only bad thing is they have a limited delivery service and unfortunately won’t deliver to Denver. (Which sucked for us, because our entire home is nothing but Restoration Hardware and their furniture is usually BIG and HEAVY!
We’re regulars in this store and I don’t foresee that changing anytime soon.

Pretty Great store for the outlets. This place has a wide variety of furniture and some ok prices when it comes to a restoration hardware. The deals aren’t «Great» by any means but if you want nice things you have to pay the price. The Furniture is beautiful and lots of cool items to pick from.

Everything in the store was 40% off today! The entire staff was so helpful. They pulled up my friend’s baby registry online and printed it out and helped me look for items. We found 2 of her furniture pieces in the store (more than hall off each) and they even helped me rent a uhaul so we can get it back to Albuquerque for her! I have never had a shopping experience with such a helpful group of people.

This place is the Restoration Hardware Mecca, you can get real deals in this place… love it!

If you have some serious money to burn and good taste in elegant home goods, shop here!
Furniture: I don’t think the markdown prices are that good on furniture considering that everything in the outlet (that I have seen) has a decent sized chip or scratch. Sometimes, the flaw is located innocuously, but most of the time, it is front and center and difficult to hide.
Towels, bedding, drapes, pillows: The textiles are in great condition. In fact, I really do not understand why they are even at the outlet unless they were moving too slowly at the store.
They get a new shipment of furniture every week on Tuesday, stocked by Wednesday. For bedding, curtains, etc., they said they only get new stock once a month.
The store is clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The prices are VERY high!
Returns are not accepted so you better be positive about your choices.

Honestly I have found better deals in their stores… I was really disappointed…

So if you love restoration hardware and have a hard time affording it or seeing the stock in person. Come to the outlet because everything is minimally 20% off and goes down each week by 10%.
The only down side is there are no returns.
Also they get a shipment in every week on Tuesday and it gets stocked by Wednesday morning.
