Horrible experience! And so similar to another experience with a Kwal store(Sherwin Williams has bought Kwal now). After paying more than $ 50 for a gallon of paint, once home we discovered that it had not been mixed thoroughly. So many white streaks thru the paint as soon as we took the lid off. This was immediately upon getting it home. So we had to take it back to the store to ask them to put it back on the shaker. We live about 20 miles out of town, so what a complete waste of time. The previous experience a little over a year ago at the Kwal store was even worse, as I didn’t notice any white streaks until I was 2⁄3 thru the can. I don’t understand at all how a store that only does paint can do such a poor job! And it’s not that I’ve bought 100’s of cans of paint thru them. I’ve bought about 5 cans from 3 visits to Sherwin-Williams/Kwal and this has happened on 2 cans out of 5, and on 2 out of 3 visits. Never again. I’m going back to Home Depot for my paint needs. I have never had a can not mixed well from Home Depot(and the paint is much more reasonably priced).

Miserable experience. Horrible. Waited in line while watching Brad argue with each and every customer.
