FOUL! Many people like this place but it is not for me. The staff is dedicated. The parking lot is full. They must be doing something right so I will give them some credit. It just is not for me. The food, décor and ambiance could use a breath of new life.

So sad that every time I went to the Fowl Line that the ‘manager’ was the bartender. She is unfriendly. I’m not sure if she’s like this to all of the customers… but she appears to ignore customers… we had to ask for drinks, menus, then had to ask to place orders, and for another round… this happened too often and now we do not go here. Spend your money elsewhere…

This is a regular place for my family and I. They have a great selection of draft beers, over 40 I believe… fantastic wings and servers that always take care of you. A few weeks ago I came in with my family to an extremely crowded restaurant at about 7. There seemed to be two parties going on and a full restaurant. Our server Jake went ABOVE and BEYOND!!! I have two young kids and the table behind us had two men who were cursing loudly and obviously intoxicated. After Jake took our orders he walked over to the table and politely asked the table to not curse because there are kids in the restaurant. He then came back with water for the guys and was joking around with them. He took what could of been a hostile, uncomfortable situation and made the experience pleasant for everyone. We will absolutely be back

Love the fun family atmosphere, food is great and it’s a great locally owned place to catch a game or have a team party for local sports teams. There’s a new one in S Aurora, looking forward to trying that when I’m in the area.

This is a great local hang out. It is very busy during football games so if you aren’t going to watch a game you may want to avoid. However, do go at other times because it is a fun place to be.

So many great things about this place! Nachos are enough to share with an entire table, wings are great, and my husband raved about the giant basket of fried pickles. Environment is awesome for sports tv’s everywhere. No matter where you sit, you can see a few tvs. Bathrooms are clean. Service is friendly. My main complaints have to do with under par service. I always have an issue when sports bars hire a bar full of women who stand around & talk rather than work. Also I feel its essential to have people working behind bar«sports bar», who actually know about sports. Numerous times my beer was empty, and I look over, and my bartender is talking or eating her food. I’ve seen the bartender eat behind the bar, not wash her hands, then go and serve food and drinks. Also have seen employees taking shots behind the bar, when peoples drinks were empty. Although there are some clear service issues with this place. Overall this place is still great do to: environment, food prices, happy hour, & tvs. If the bartenders were really experienced and sports knowledgable, with super fast service, this place would be an A+

I liked this place, plenty of seating around the bar. The boneless wings were really good, and they had plenty of choices of drinks. Service was a little slow, that’s the only reason it loses a star. I’d come back again for the food and drinks.

I want to tell you about Fowl Line Express Sports Grill on Gartrell Road in Aurora, Colorado. Same owners as the Fowl Line in Castle Rock. This location opened on October 15, 2015. The bacon bleu cheese burger is awesome! Plenty of bleu cheese and that bacon, red onion, bleu cheese combo cannot be any better. Served with fresh French fries, perfectly salted. Excellent service. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Very disappointed with this place. Service was ok, very friendly staff, but our server didn’t take initiative and we had to ask for everything from plates to silver wear. The wings came out cold and there was wrong order brought out that wasn’t taken off the tab(till again, we had to ask) and they charged over ten dollars for a half shot of well vodka. Overall could’ve gotten a ton more food and drink elsewhere for a $ 145 tab.

When we moved to Castle Rock a year ago, Fowl Line was one of our first regular spots. Then after a bad night where the bartender was also manning half the tables, losing her mind, and we watched what I think was the manager shrug her shoulders and not help, we left. And didn’t come back for 9 months. Imagine my shock when we left another bar after a bad experience and my husband suggests Fowl Line. But I’m glad he suggested it. They have cleaned up the restaurant – I love the new bar stools. The food was good(sweet potato fries still getting over cooked), the atmosphere was fun, and best of all the staff was put together, dressed in Fowl Line shirts, and were calm. Whatever the owners did – awesome job! You won us back last night. Ps: French Quarter Chicken Wrap is awesome. I had plain beef sliders and the meat was seasoned which was great.

I needed something that was open late so Unilocal gave me this. Buffalo wild wings is my absolute favorite but they do not even compare to the Fowl Line! Best wings I’ve had!!!(Honey bbq bonless) the waiter was super laid back and extremely friendly!

Came here for the game on Sunday. They seem to have plenty of staff yet the service was very slow. The bartender seemed more interested in talking to everyone than filling drink orders. The food was not very good either. The calzone had barely melted cheese inside. The wings were dry and our side salad was wilted lettuce and dried out veggies. Overall a bad experience.

Open until 11… yeah right. Twice now we have tried to eat there and no go. A few weeks ago showed up at 10pm and it was completely CLOSED! Then tonight, Monday night football with a bunch of people in the bar, 9:30 and we are told the kitchen is closed. Guess you have to call before to make sure 1. They are even open 2. If they are still serving food.

I used to love their food! But it hasn’t been the same for a while. Their fried pickles used to be the stuff of legends but now they come out soggy. The sliders are still ok. Brownie sundae is ok. But it used to be my go to football watching place. They remodeled a while ago and it just seems to have broken up that wonderful sports bar feeling it used to have.

Super disappointed, I used to come in all the time and the food was okay! I was really craving the buffalo chicken dip and called it in to go(I live about 4 minutes from there), when I got there it was already sitting on the front counter(not even under a heat lamp). The service was great! The girl helped me out well. But the food was absolutely awful, so greasy and bland and cold. Super disappointing… I won’t be back. Complete waste of $ 20. (I got the fried pickles too, and you don’t even want to hear my rant on those… They were awful.)

Dropped by here one evening around 8, and sat at the bar for a couple hours. The atmosphere reminded me of a buffalo wild wings except for the fact that I could actually hear myself think. There were a few families sat at tables, and about 6 – 8 people around the bar. The TV’s above the bar were showing the current hockey and basketball games, and the bar was very clean. My order was quickly taken and I had a beer in front of me in just a few minutes. I ordered 10 wings and was delighted at the flavor. If i had one suggestion for the place, it would be to include more than two celery and carrot sticks in a wing order. Other than that, it was excellent! I’ll be going back, for sure. Thanks!

I freakin love this place! I used to live in the apartments up the street and this would be a regular spot on college football saturdays for Nebraska games. The service is good and seems like the owner is always around(probably why the service is so good) I absolutely love their Philly Steak Sandwhich, I drive down from Denver once in a while just to have it.

A good portion of the time we visit, the owner spends time with each table asking for feedback. Asking for feedback is one thing, using it constructively is another. Our family has noticed a nice turn-around in service and food quality within the past year. Happy Hour portions are generous, their wraps and wings are darn good, and nachos are a favorite. Beer selection is adequate and they have plenty of TVs to entertain everyone. They have a «party room» for large groups. Tables and bathrooms are always clean, which is very important to us. Always see a wide variety of people patronizing this establishment from softball teams, to small families, to parties. It can sometimes get a little loud, but it is a sport’s bar after all. We enjoy eating at the Fowl Line once or twice a month.
