Recently moved from Parker and always visited Home Depot there, which I love. This one is lacking in customer service and whatever you do, don’t buy paint here. Woman in paint department is EXTREMELY rude!

If I need something and am short on time and don’t have the puppy in tow, I will run in here. I always seem to have to go look for an associate to help me. But they do have reasonable prices and they are they only place in town that carries the height of fence slates I need.

customer service sucks here. TOTAL poor and or NONEXISTANT management. ROBESPIZITO the store manager is a joke and so is the DISTRICT manager DANNYVASQUEZ. He is worse in my opinion. I bought and paid for some custom lumber to be delivered to my house for a pergola project. It gets delivered and the top piece(very uncommon 2×10×24ft) was rotted and nearly broken in half. and another 2×10×16 ft was split in half 3 ft down the middle !. WHODELIVERSTHISCRAP? I cant use something like this on anything… the driver commented and apologized. I called the«PRODESK» 4 times and finally reached someone, told them the issue, also told them I had until SAT because the crew was coming to install. this was a WED. THEPRO desk complained that the manufacturer wouldn’t pay for it because it was at the Home depot for a week. I cant use broken lumber on my project so I relayed that’s not my problem. 10DAYSLATER, NOCALL, NODELIVERY, NOTHING. You want a laugh? try calling in to get to the pro desk… waste 2 hours of your time. so I called the manager ROB. he doesn’t return calls either and aparantly lacks the management skills to delegate to get me a call right away. HE’S always busy and NEVER answers his phone. Another 2 hours wasted. THEN I went into the store and demanded that I get the regional managers number. Called on a Monday afternoon. NO call BACK. there is a unprofessional Vmail stating a women’s name. His secretary. I decide to call in AGAIN at 10AM the next morning. She answers and says she just got in and didn’t listen to my message yet. Says she will get Mr Vasquez to call me back… GUESSWHAT… THEMANAGERROB finally calls back AFTER i told her I only wanted a call from mr VAsquez. Rob leaves a message and says MZR Vasquez is on vacation and tht he asked that ROB make a call to me. THESEPEOPLEAREHORRIBLEMANAGEMENT, ZEROCUSTOMERSERVICESKILLS. AND i WOULDFIREVASQUEZIFHEWASMYEMPLOYEE. He is the district manager and too busy to take care of customer service. WHAT A JOKE. THETHINGISFOLKS, WENEEDTOLETTHESEPEOPLEKNOWTHATTHEYARENOTALLOWEDTOACTLIKETHISINOURCOMMUNITY. we don’t want a company that is there to take and nothing else. Seriously consider going elsewhere to get what you need if you can. These people suck. I PAID out of my own pocket to replace these wood pieces. OH, I get calls now from them AFTER the crap hits the fan. POOR management, horrible customer service and horrible atmosphere fro the disgruntles client. there is obviously no mechanism in place to make sure things don’t get out of hand for the client. I did nothing BUT pay for my crap and then get burned. THANKSHOMEDEPOT… YOUSUCK!

Bought a fridge on a Wednesday, the day we moved in and it was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. I called Sunday to see what the status of the delivery was only to find out the payment for the order had never been processed. We had to wait until the following Thursday to receive the fridge. I get that things sometimes happen. So while that was clearly frustrating, they did what they could to make it right, discounted the price and the delivery team was outstanding. I just wish Home Depot and Lowe’s would switch places. Don’t like having to drive over I-25 with all the construction. The employees here always go out of their way to help us.

I always grew up with Home Depot being my home improvement store of choice, but have grown very disappointed in this location. I have wasted hours upon hours here simply due to not finding someone qualified to help me. The floor is grossly understaffed. There are so few employees on the floor, that it is like they are a sheep walking through a den of lions with everyone jumping all over them just to get a little help. Rarely am i asked if I need help and I never can even visually see anyone in an orange apron when I do need help. A stark cotrast to their competators down the street who always have an abundance of employees offering to help.

I bought a sink and faucet from there. It took two plumbers and $ 335 in wasted money to tell me it’s defective. So I have to eat that cost. Same thing with a two week old toilet that runs. The Home Depot Management won’t even call. Go figure… I bought an $ 11000 floor and it looks like I installed it. Cracked grout, spacers left. Tile cut too short. Tile is uneven. And, their management still won’t call…

Ehh! I will go here if my husband needs to, but I default to its competitor down Founders. The staff are helpful and friendly. Some of their prices are okay. However they didn’t carry tregger chips and employee told me that I wouldn’t find any in Castle Rock, and would have to go to Franktown. BUT, the competitor down the road had em. Then I went there for upside down tomato plants, and they said nobody carried them, their competitor did!

Home Depot is awesome and I had a similar experience here trying to locate something and was approached by an employee, which was and helpful. They had exactly what I needed. On my second visit here, I was greeted at the doorway with my list in hand. The gentleman asked what I needed – I rattled off my list and he said, aisle 19, 20 and 9. At each aisle there was another employee there to further guide me directly to what I needed. Amazing, quick and efficient visits for such a big store. Very impressed!

This is a wonderful Home Depot. The garden department is bursting with fabulous annuals and perennials. The employees are always willing to help you find what you are looking for without being pushy or intrusive. They have a nice paint department, garden department and everything you could want to fix up or repair your home. When something breaks this is my first stop! I think they are more competitively priced than our Lowe’s and their garden department is second only to our local nursery! Another plus is their rental department which is great for tools and even a truck. Very handy to have in the area!

Not to bad of a place. The workers are nice but they wouldn’t just let me look. I was shopping for a new washer and dryer and the selection was crap. The guy said they have a wider selection online but when I went to Lowes they had twice as many on the floor.
