I’ve used this store three or four times since moving to Castle Rock. The guys are nice behind the counter, take my Amazon returns without complaint and help with shipments at a high level. They get higher marks for taking care of us with Notary help and getting a package out mere minutes before the driver had to leave with his last stuff for the day and we needed it out overnight. Kudos to this location, we’ll keep using them for business and personal.

! Been there three different times and disappointed every time. I was told that I can not use a small piece of tape since I am not using their packing services. The other time I was reprimanded for not standing in a line! I found the USPS a lot more freindly and the FedEx store in Castle Rock really rocks! May be UPS store should seek some tips on customer service from Fedex?

Owner Michael worst customer service I have had in a long time, he does not know his own business and how it works. Called another UPS store up the street they were problem solvers and hot it fixed immediately. Save yourself a headache and don’t go to this store.

This UPS store is a huge ripoff and the owner is extremely rude. If you go online to to calculate the cost of shipping you get a completely different rate than they give you in the store(in my case the website said it would cost $ 45 but the owner said it would cost $ 98). When I asked about the discrepancy in price he just kept saying he didn’t know. I told him I could bring up the website on my phone and show him the estimate and he said it wouldn’t make a difference. I told him that the website shows that it costs half as much and he told me it wasn’t «his» website so prices were different. He acted annoyed that I wouldn’t just pay the $ 98 and leave, but having no answers or understanding about your business isn’t acceptable. Despite the fact that says you can drop off your package at a local retailer I wouldn’t recommend taking it here. I would go somewhere that actually understands what customer service is and has an answer besides I don’t know when you have a question. I took my package across the street to Postal Annex to be shipped by FedEx because they actually honor their online prices, rather than doubling them, and have friendly employees.

Super friendly people. I was driving between Colorado Springs and Denver when I realized I didn’t print my boarding pass. Not wanting to be seated last, I got off the freeway and drove into a shopping center looking for a place to print… Although UPS does not have stations where you can go online and print something, they were kind enough to print my boarding pass! I did appear to surprise them with my random request, but that’s to be expected.
