Extremely pleased and would highly recommend! After reading the reviews I called TLC Carpets for a cleaning and was not disappointed. Chase did an amazing job. He was polite, professional and did a wonderful job on our carpets. Plus the cost was so reasonable. Will continue to use TLC and already recommended to several friends.

We had our carpets shampooed by TLC and Chase did an amazing job! He was very thorough and TOOK HIS TIME with our carpet. Most carpet shampooer representatives will rush through it so they can get as many jobs done in a day as possible (we’ve had some other companies like that) but TLC was not that way. Very professional and very personable. The total was even less than quoted! We will definitely be using them again. :)

I made the mistake of having my yahoo friends over a week after buying a beautiful linen sofa from Restoration Hardware. At some point, someone spilled dulled red wine AND a dark Porter on my new sofa and light carpet. Chase from TLC came out the next day and got the stains out. I had him do the entire house and my carpet looks great!
They were SUPER friendly, did great work and they accept credit cards which made payment easy.
If I ever need carpet cleaning again I won’t hesitate to call them. Really great work guys. Scheduling with the owner, Kyle, was also super easy. Very friendly team!

Best carpet cleaning company ever!!! I had horrible renters that trashed the year old carpet with pet urine, dirt and some soap they tried using to hide it all… I figured I would need to replace it all but decided to try TLC Carpet Care first. Scheduling was within a good timeframe, they showed up early and I cannot believe how wonderful they turned out. The de-​odorizer took care of the urine smell and I will not need to replace the carpet now. I will now use them between every renter, in my own home and have referred them to multiple friends and family.

Kyle with TLC Carpet always does an outstanding job on our home’s carpets. Always on time, always professional, Kyle is the best carpet care service we’ve used in the last 22 years years here in Denver. 5 bright stars across the board!
