I have been coming here for the more than 10 years I have lived in Castle Rock. I think that 2 people need to be pointed out for great service. I think both have been there for the full 10 years I have been coming here. Dale in the pharmacy is the nicest guy and has such a great memory. He always remembers our names and is exceptionally friendly. I have never seen him frazzled even in the face of a rush or big line. That is what you want from your Pharmacist! Deb at the front seems to know everyone in town. She is very polite and always helpful. Nice work, Deb and Dale!

Castle Rock, CO

Slowest drive up pharmacy ever. They have no concept of handling two lanes — even though they have two. ‘Be with you in one minute’ was seven minutes. I usually come back if there is more than one car in line if possible. People are nice, but so slow.
