I went to a chain repair place for an alignment and they wanted to charge me $ 900 for an alignment and other items that «needed to be replaced.» Willcox Automotive looked at the car and said I only needed an alignment. Hello savings!

Bruce and his crew are a fantastic group who do great work at a very fair price. You are treated fairly and all work is cleared with you first before they do any out of scope work. They will always explain any and all procedures so that you are sure the correct work is done with your car.
I know when my car is services at Willcox it is in the best hands.

More than 5 of my family members have used them for over 8 years. Bruce is fantastic. He gives you honest answers and has good advice on what to do with the problem you have.
The only time I had a problem was when a part broke that they repaired 4 months later and they went in and threw a new one in free of charge.

I’ve used this shop for more than 10 years and Bruce has been honest and reliable in every encounter. Required repairs are done correctly and competitively. Recommended repairs are based on safety and information is based on what a failure might cause with no pressure unless it is a safety issue. This is a very busy auto shop and scheduling may take several days, however for normal maintenance and repairs this is one of the best in my experience.
