Catseye Pest Control

I regret not having created this review at the time it happened but two years have passed and this must be documented. I contacted Catseye Pest Control when I thought there was a raccoon in my attic. I was hearing strange noises and my cat was going nuts. A representative came out, went into the attic and eventually came down to tell me I had a pregnant raccoon up there and she needed to be removed before having her babies or I’d have a whole family with a host of problems. His estimate was in the thousands and I was freaked out. I didn’t know how I’d pay the amount he was asking so I contacted two different friends who had home inspection experience. Each man went into the attic and determined there was NO active raccoon but evidence of a carcass of a previous raccoon. One person was actually able to trap a raccoon in my backyard and bring him to a far away vacation. Anyway, the sounds went away and it’s obvious there was NO active raccoon, pregnant or otherwise, in my attic. Recently, however, I’ve determined there are rodents and I’m in the process of dealing with THAT issue. I won’t be contacting Catseye for THAT estimate. For a company like Catseye to outright LIE to and frighten a potential customer, is a terrible thing.

Paid 1200 for trapping and seal up. They came late almost every day for 5 days and did not do any sealing until I called and complained. They were very nice and courteous. Way overpriced and only caught a few mice. Would not recommend.

The worst. Avoid like the plague. Huge rip-​off. Charged us $ 1,200 for a squirrel invasion that we had to remediate on our own eventually. It happened again a several years later and we used Mike Todd, who is really the critter whisperer around here.

Beware of Catseye Pest Control! The follow-​up and feed-​back I received on the status of ridding my attic of red squirrel attic was non-​existent. The company took my $ 1,200 and became totally unresponsive (until I started writing reviews). Find a local handyman who cares!

I had a problem with bugs in my house and called Catseye. The person was professional. However, after the one time treatment that I ordered, I find a charge on the following month’s credit card statement.
A total mistake on their part, as when the person who was treating my house was talking about coming back to take care of anything I needed. That sounded strange. He also said that he needed to come back to apply additional pesticides, which was NEVER mentioned to me by the person who stopped by our house to sell us turned out to be a stinky bill of goods. If I have bugs next year, I’ll be going to someone else.

I love this company. They are professional, organized, trustworthy– always on schedule and very sweet, fun employees.
We had an issue with ants and bees.
No more issues and I would recommend this company to ANYONE.
