My daughter ordered books on 12⁄31 selecting 2 day fed-​ex. Still haven’t received them and contacted customer service. Rep for classbook said they would look into it, but Fed Ex is showing shipment is in Memphis, TN and we will receive them on 1⁄7 over a week after initial order. Classbook customer service said they would call Fed Ex and call us back — no one did. Student needs books for class tomorrow. Not very good customer service.
