This review is not about their buffalo meat which I’ve had a few times and is good but it’s actually about the corn they grow. I guess I’m biased when it comes to Gem, they’re local and my son went to school with their daughter BUT they have the BESTDAMNCORN I’ve ever had that I didn’t grow myself. I stopped today to pick up my end of season batch and threw them on the grill — sweet, tender and flavorful.
