How do you get wrong greeting your customers friendly, answering questions about the hotel and amenities, graciously accepting payment for your room and giving a friendly welcome upon leaving? All without a sneer. Please maintain the repairs on your hotel also. This manager obviously does not want people to stay at the hotel. He looks down on people who patronize the establishment. Note to manager… YOU EXIST BECAUSE OF CUSTOMERS. Either you get it or you get out of the business! The ONLY 2 Saving graces are that the hotel is nearby the highway and it costs about $ 65. If you don’t mind being treated rudely, this is an inexpensive place. But for me, I’d rather give my money to someone that at least respects the fact that i chose them.
