This place did an amazing job on me. The office is outdated… Woop-Dee-Doo. The office décor is the LAST aspect I am worried about. Perhaps pain management, a knowledgeable Doctor, thorough work and comforting staff take precedence for me. I had no issues and will return at the end of October for more work.

Thank you, Unilocal. I called to make an appointment for a routine cleaning on Tuesday October 18, 2011. The receptionist picks up and asks me about my insurance plan. All of a sudden she needs to call me back because a very important insurance company is calling her. Fine. She gets my number, and hangs up. Nothing happens in the next 10 minutes so I decide to pick up the phone, and call again. She says, «good morning, Dr Fierro’s office» and I state again that I need to make an appointment. She appologizes and says she is on a very important insurance call and if she puts them on hold they will hang up on her. She says she will be done in about five minutes and asks if she can call back. I said, dont bother, I will call back in 10 minutes. I wait 15 minutes this time and decide to call back. Same thing. «I am so sorry I will call you as soon as I am done with this very important insurance claim. I am currently working on a very large case where they will not pay us out.» Finally, an hour after my initial phone call, she calls me back to say that they are not open Friday through Sunday. Great. I have a DMO insurance where I am obligated to come to this clinic. Something about this phone call bothered me, so I decided to Unilocal this place before I continued. Good thing I did. I called my insurance company and they were able to switch my primary care dentist. Yay. Moral of the story: if you are too busy for your customers, your customers will look for alternate options.

I hate this place. They were my default dentist for my DMO. I went in for my first appointment and was amazed at how old and dusty this office is. The assistant took my xrays with a machine that must have been 50 years old. She said that they just got it fixed and that they don’t make them like this anymore. WTF. What about reinvesting in your business? The dentist was even worse. Within 2 minutes after he started the exam, he told me that he wanted to pull some teeth out and that I needed to have it done within a week. STFU I left with my bloodied mouth and refrained from making the teeth removal appointment. This place should close down and do everyone a favor. Worst dentist I’ve been to in 32 years.

Our experience was pretty awful. You could not PAY me to return to this office. The assistant was rude and spoke to our older son like he was two and then spoke to us(the parents) rudely and condesendingly. When I finally addressed how unhappy we were with how she was handling our family the response was that she was sorry but«that’s just how she is». When we discussed it with Dr. Fierro he shocked us with his rude response. He said in a snide tone that if we were not happy with him that he wished us luck because other dentists wouldn’t take«our kind» of insurance and we would be stuck with clinics. uhg… so totally NOTTRUE!!! None of our family members will ever step foot in there again. I don’t know how they stay in business if they are treating people this rude.
