Very friendly and professional staff had me in and out quickly. Goes down hill from there and all complaints are the result of management decisions and not the excellent work of the local employees. Building in poor maintenance. Dirty. They said they hire a cleaning staff but apparently the lowest bidder. Door as you go in is dirty — bad first impression, didn’t make me feel too good about having a health procedure performed there. Overall impression: all the money is going out to the home office, the budget for maintaining the local shop is very small and the top management does not care. They are doing as little as they can get away with. This shows no respect for clients, and detracts from our local quality of life. If this office were in an upscale neighborhood they wouldn’t dream of such a poor presentation. Instead of being leaders in providing a shining facility for local clients, management has chosen to do as little as possible. This company is doing well in profits. There’s no excuse. I’d prefer to go to a lab that showed more effort in running a top notch well maintained facility.
Oh, and if you go in inclement weather, bring an umbrella. Parking is in back, door in front.
I’m hoping this review will encourage management to adopt better standards for maintaining facilities. If they are this cheap on maintenance and upkeep, what kinds of corners are they cutting that the staff has to deal with?

Excellent service I was dropping off a specimen for my husband. Enrique greated me with a smile! The place was nice and easy to find, clean and quaint. Glad I chose this location.
Heads up this is the location that replaced the 20 055 Lake Chabot Rd.
